I was in a panic today when my screen broke, I didnt want to go to Apple for the time and process they put you through. I called UBREAKIFIX and Jermaine picked up the phone with such a positive welcoming helpful attitude! Im not even sure if there was words to explain the kindness he greeted me with and explained everything I would go through if I chose to bring my phone to them to fix. Of course I did!!! And I only got the same treatment if not better when I was greeted by his colleague, Eric! Jermaine came right out and assisted me! Not only did he fix my screen in less than 30 minutes, he placed my screen protector on for 5$!! All I had to do was leave an honest review ! It would have been my duty and pleasure to leave a review without even the screen protector! Im referring anyone who needs anything fixed to this team at sunrise off 136th !!! Thank you - thank you! The best part, I have a one of a kind looking phone now with a black screen ! Thank you UBREAKIFIX, especially Jermaine and Eric ! Its not common to receive great customer service lately, and they went above and beyond !

this place of so overpriced its ridiculous i have a Galaxy S5 and the LCD is damaged so they told me the cost of the repair is $200..... which made me look it up. the cost of a LCD these days are $122 it takes roughly 8 mins or so to remove and install the new LCD your telling me im paying $78 for the cost of the work... and on top of that they will trade in your old LCD for a recycling which they would get back roughly $50.dollars back .... i say if you can take the time to find a much more reasonable place to take your and you are willing to wait on the repair like me you will be saving yourself a bit of cash. also i could easily buy a galaxy S5 for $150 on amazon i dont know why a place would charge so much; furthermore, as i read all these reviews a lot seem fake please be mindful of what your getting into take your time to read a research and make sure you read the most critical reviews because they are the most helpful.

I went to get my iPhone 6 for a cracked screen fix and Im still having issues. The price was 10 dollars over Apple but I said "hey, no one likes to drive all the way to aventura". Screen was fixed but the touch is off kilter. Things would not press, others pressed on their own, and others would press randomly. Took it to get looked at the next day and it still had issues. I just got it again and its still messing up as Im typing this very slowly and very deliberately. No "sorry", no explanations, no asking to make it better, and no offer for a refund or any sort of customer retention. I personally work in sales and this customer service would never fly with anyone I know. Dont go here. Ive gone to apple and never had issues. I wish I wouldve kept the screen cracked. At least then it worked. Update: brought it and manager fixed it. But too much hassle

I visited this store while on a trip to Florida due to the location convenience. When I picked up my phone after getting a screen replacement, the touch button was not working. I brought this to one of the technicians attention and he said " he knew exactly what the problem was ". 10 minutes after waiting he said he would need to hold on to the phone and get a part replaced. It was totally inconvenient to have to wait longer, but that wasnt a big deal at the moment. Now back in North Carolina, my front camera has not worked since the screen got replaced . I visited a ubreakifix location near me and they allegedly replaced the camera but it is still not working. I never had an issue with other stores after getting a screen replacement, and because of this I would most likely not visit a ubreakifix location again.

My iPhone face plate was lifting so they fixed it a week ago and charged me $50. After a couple of days, I couldnt make or receive any phone calls. Before it was repaired, my phone was working fine except for the plate lifting. I went back today to get it fixed again and told the owner (who worked on my phone) about my phone not functioning, and he said theres nothing he could do. He told me that its not his doing, its just the phone went bad. Even though he was being very professional about it, but I was not happy with his answer. He never said anything about refunding the money or even giving me partial credit for this. Which I think is bad customer service! I will never go back there. Its was a waste of my $50 plus my time and a complete loss or damage of my iPhone.

They fixed my IPOD and quick and at a good price. I brought a 2nd broken IPOD to them and they were unable to fix (my 5yr old son tried to put a fork into the charging prongs). They said it would be a hard job but they would try to fix the IPOD. They had the IPOD for about a week and they tried to fix it. It was repairable and they did not charge me a dime to try to fix it. I know they must have spent a few hours to try to fix it. I took the same IPOD to 3 other companys and they all said they could not even try to fix it with out charging me for the time to try to fix it. This place has great customer service. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks

After dealing with the Apple Storess terrible customer service, ridiculous prices, and down right horrible procedures it was a great relief to visit the uBreakiFix Sunrise location. Specifically, Andrew was as helpful and kind as humanly possible and made my experience there amazing. This was some of the best customer service I have ever received and the prices were exceptionally fair. It was great to be able to walk into a place with a problem and have a good person genuinely want to help me, and successfully fix that problem. I cant say enough about how glad I am with Andrew and the Sunrise location.

Ive brought in a broken iPhone and laptop to uBreakiFix, and both times I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The iPhone was fixed the same day, while the computer needed a more extensive service. Joey went above and beyond in addressing a complicated problem, and I know someone not as conscientious or persistent would have given up. These guys are honest and really want to make their customers happy. I hope that I wont be needing their services anytime soon, but I feel secure knowing that they are there - and are able to fix anything remotely fixable! THANK YOU!!

Samantha and Joey were so knowledgeable and pleasant when I walked into the store. Im not very savvy with using apps and needed help. I was on my way to a different business in the same plaza when I decided to check with this one to see if they would help me. I told them right off the bat that my phone was not broken, but I needed guidance. Without hesitation, even though they knew I didnt need my phone repaired, they helped me. I know when I do need repair or any of my friends do, I will send them to this location for the best friendly and honest service.
