Honestly Everytime I come here I feel like my time is completely wasted and no one helps with my issue. Today it just so happens my new phone had battery issues. It was not working with any of my chargers so I decided to take it to t- mobile. When they plugged it in it charged but when I used any of the 3 chargers I brought with me it did not. One guy told me that its charging fine just a little slow so nothin is wrong. I explained they have a diff and stronger charger but with any normal iPhone charger its not working. He literally told me"well its working so I dont know. Give it a few minutes I guess" I waited 15 min before it powered on and when I go to look hes no where to be found. No one would help because they were with other clients. Terrible honestly. However there is one worker that Everytime I go helps me out evening hes dealing with other clients and doesnt just worry about making a sale but also the customers needs. Misael helped me with my phone issues twice and he wa super sweet about everything. The rest of the staff needs to clean up their acts. Honestly if it wasnt for this one sales associate I wouldnt asked to speak to a supervisor or perhaps even left the company.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT A T-MOBILE STORE UNTIL I SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE. CONSTANT LIES, HORRIBLE SERVICE, AND INCREDIBLY SHADY EMPLOYEES. THEY HAVE AN EMPLOYEE NAMED "IGNACIO" WHO DOES UNDER-THE-TABLE SERVICE FOR UNLOCKING PHONES. HELL CHARGE YOU $40 UNDER THE TABLE AND THEN WONT DO ANYTHING AND OF COURSE SINCE ITS A SHADY SERVICE HELL TELL YOU WHATEVER HE WANTS AND THEN GIVE YOU ATTITUDE AND HORRIBLE TREATMENT WHEN YOU DEMAND A REFUND. VERY RUDE AND FRESH. THE CURRENT STORE MANAGER BETRIZ OR H/E ITS SPELLED IS ALSO USELESS. I DEMANDED A REFUND FOR A SERVICE I NEVER GOT AND SHE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO SPEAK OR ASK WHY I WAS UPSET. AVOID THIS T-MOBILE STORE AT ALL COSTS. THE EMPLOYEES ARE SHADY, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND COMPLETELY INEPT. THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND TELL YOU WHATEVER JUST TO GET YOU OUT THE DOOR. ON TOP OF THAT THEY PLAY A LOT OF GHETTO TRASHY HISPANIC MUSIC. THE PLACE JUST REEKS OF SHADINESS. IM CURRENTLY FILING A COMPLAINT WITH T-MOBILES MAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO GET THIS PLACE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD.

Left AT&T and havent looked back. The customer service employees here are FANTASTIC. Chris was extremely helpful and informative and took it upon himself to keep me informed of other items, details and features, regarding my new phone, days after he sold me the phone I have now (S7 Edge). He answered all my questions and explained how everything works and has gone above and beyond to help me. I have been extremely satisfied with the service and its great knowing that if I have any questions I can give them a call or walk right in. Theyre also open after most cell phone carrier locations close which is a huge plus. Also, the entire process of picking out a phone, getting the plan I wanted (the unlimited everything plan is incredible), getting accessories for my phone, and transferring my old number took less than an hour from start to finish. If youre looking to upgrade to T Mobile, do yourself a favor and visit this location.

As a previous review states. Very disrespectful and terrible service. I walking in to upgrade a phone on my plan and after going through all the changes necessary the sales associate goes to the back to get my phone and returns empty handed. He states that his manager wont allow him to see the phone unless I also purchase an accessory or other item. I contacted T-Mobile and they told me there is no such policy and I should be able to puchase the phone alone. At this point the manager proceeds to tell the t mobile rep, on the phone, that he cannot sell me the phone because someone just called to reserve the last phone remaining in stock. (complete lie) To add to the insult, as I am walking out the same associate is showing another customer the same phone as giving me a smirk. Lucky I was able to find the phone at the sunset location. It seems I wasnt the first customer to go there after a bad experience at country walk.

i have been a customer of T Mobile for over 5 years and have never experienced such bad customer service in my life . i had a MAYOR issue with a transaction when i went to do the upgrade for my new phone . i went 3 days in a roll ( and called ) and was repeatedly told there was no manger on staff "yet" no matter what time i called or showed up ..one of the times i went i actually saw the Assistant Manger and he went to the back of the store and never came out and sent a employee to tell me he was on a conference call .. the staff at the store new my situation and i guess made it a point to avoid me at all cause .. i finally called the 1800 number and after 2 hours on the phone i got some help with the issue and they credit my account for the mistake the employee had done ... long story short .. dont go to that store the services is TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always seems to busy which can be viewed as good, but the waits sometimes are a bit much. I had a rep named christopher vandyne help very polite and professional. He doesnt speak Spanish so it kind of through me off but he was great to work with. Chris never tries to oversell you in my opinion I have worked with him twice and he lets you know the new promotions every time and lets you decide from there and helped me save some money on my bill which was fantastic. I recommend if you go to ask for him.

Representative Christopher van dine is the best in the business, I use to have sprint and it was too overpriced with what they were charging me, so I talked to Chris and he told me to switch to T-mobile that he had an amazing deal for me. I went the next morning and I ended up getting an iPad Air with an iPhone 6s Plus for the same monthly prize that I was paying for my sprint line, and its amazing man the hotspot is great and the service is the best, honestly I dont regret switching to T-mobile.

My experience at this Tmobile location was very pleasant. I went in to upgrade my iphone 5s and walked out with a new Iphone 6Splus and a upgraded Samsung Gear2s with a new Ipad mini and its not costing me anything additional per month. The representative Christian showed me where I could redirect monies on my account that would pay for the new ipad and the other device still continues to be the same monthly. Ask for Christian when you visit this store, he is very friendly and courteous.

After being a loyal customer for years, I have decided to close the account after the store charged me a restocking fee for a defective phone upon returning. The Manager there "Berlice" could have easily waived the fee but she chose to lose my account that was worth $2400 in annual revenue!!! I am sure if the T-Mobile CEO @johnlegere knew about this, he would have disagreed. Just want consumers to know. May be its just this store and the manager!!!
