Ive been a long time Verizon customer and love it! Great service, great plans, great coverage. I do have to say though, when its time to upgrade or have a problem this is the location to go to!! The staff here is amazing!! I recently went in to do an upgrade and adjust my bill. When I arrive, Stephanie B. was there greeting me instantly as I walked in the door!! She showed me many great options, I went for the LG G5. She not only helped me activate but showed me and help set up some of the awesome features on it. After that, she helped me adjust my shared plan and I was able to stay right on the budget I needed!! A few days later I was having a hard time with my Google Photo account, I couldnt get all the photos of my daughter to transfer and as a mom...those are really valuable!! I called and talked to Stephanie and she did everything she could to help, I had to bring the phone back up and Stephanie made sure to get it running for me and my daughters adorable pictures to transfer...nothing lost!! I am so happy with this location and Verizon!! Thanks Stephanie and the Team at Verizon Cellular Sales!

Walking into a Verizon store after being a Sprint customer for six years, I was really nervous. My friend and I sat down with CJ DeMello. He immediately put me at ease and began to answer all my questions. I was changing to an IPhone and knew nothing about it. I know some of my questions were laughable but CJ answered every one with the patience of a saint. We sat with him for a long time while he set up my IPhone and IPad. He is very knowledgeable and I have since been back to ask him for help. He is delightful to talk to and has a great sense of humor. All in all, my experience has been an extremely valuable and enjoyable one. And the best thing is that Im actually learning how to use my phone. Thanks CJ!

Just to say, I needed a charger for my phone and I was in a small rush. I was greeted at the door by steve, I told him I just need a charger. Steve got what I needed quickly and asked me a few questions as he was checking me out, one of those questions was, where do you work. I asked why and he said, discounts for your item today. He then asked for my verizon number. I told him Im with a different cell service. Steve said ok well I can look up what your discount would be if you are verizon wireless, and he did. I work for publix and got 20% off. My own wireless carrier doesnt even ask me for that. When my time is up I will be coming back to this store and setting up my new service.

I was a loyal AT&T user n swore Id never consider changing. When I went to Verizon on US 1 in Port Saint Lucie, Fl, we were fortunate to get a wonderful sales person named C J. My friend was changing to an iPhone for the 1st time. C J was so gracious n explained everything to her. I was very impressed with the service which I never seen the likes of it before that I decided to upgrade my iPad n iPhone. I also upgraded to 128 GB from 64 n got more data than before n saving $40.00 a month. Now thats a great salesperson. I am more than happy with the whole experience. I would recommend th place which looks very nice, clean n friendly.

Good morning , I walked into the Verizon store in Port St Lucie on Us1 near the Dennys..I was helped by CJ and I hope you know what a true asset you have with CJ working for you and your establishment. He is by far a teacher and helper in human mankind as he is amazing incredibly intelligent, kind , handsome and bright...He is the most amazing person I have hadhelp me in any Verizon store. He helped me with all my issues and please take note that is a very valuable asset to your location and I would strongly suggest you come to him if you need anything at all.In closing he is a please to deal with.

Went into the store and was immediately greeted with a warm and real welcome. Mr. Ruela assisted me ans was nothing but courteous and informative. Didnt feel pressured or rushed. Spent adequate time with me and answered my questions. When he asked me if i was ready to sign up and I told him not yet...he understood and asked me for my information, so if any special deals or promotions happened i would be the first to know. He contacted me a week later and won my service. Great rep...should be considered for management. I would recommend asking for Marcio Ruela.

And I would like to thank Eric Bennett manager of the Port St Lucie Verizon store for cellular sales for going way above the Call of Duty to help me get my phone. I wont go into the details of what happened my phone just died. Eric not only sussed out what I needed but then at 8:15 at night he let me to his other store in South Stuart because the item I wanted was not in stock in the PSL store. Eric is a huge asset to your company. I will not only do business with them again but I will refer him constantly to friends and acquaintances thanks again Eric Jim L

My Samsung phone wouldnt text brought it in and Geremy, was very patient and tried everything to fix it. After sometime it was suggested to get a new phone. I want to say that Verizon needs more associates like Geremy, he took all the time needed and made me feel that my issue was his issue. I did stop by a Verizon store closest to my home and the experience with that associate was that of dealing with a car salesmen.. terrible.. I will definitely come back to this store for all my future cellular needs

I went to the Verizon store last night for a new phone. I was given a 5 star experience. Ezequiel was my sales rep and he took his time in giving me everything I asked for. I never felt rushed and he and Carlos explained and went the extra mile to show me features that I did not understand. I returned tonight with more questions that Steve helped me with. He answered every question and took care of every concern that I had. Thanks guys for your help!

My wife needed a new phone so we upgrade her to a new I-phone 7. Our sales person was C.J Demello. He knew everything we needed and even gave us a few tips on how to best set up her new number, account and save a little money. After the sale we had several questions and called him several times, even when he was not actually working and he was able to help us and did not indicate he was not at work till I asked him. We highly recommended him.

Came in with my family to switch over from AT&T. Michelle helped make the switch easy and painless. My girlfriend and I both got brand new iPhone 6s Pluss and lowered our monthly bill. If you are unsure of switching your plan to Verizon, think twice. It will save you money in the long run. And right now they have a promo where they buy you out of your existing contract!! Dont forget to ask for Michelle :)
