My experience has been horrific, demoralizing, and on going. It took 3 hrs on both visits to halfway accomplish what I needed and when I went back to exchange my phone during my 14 day buyers remorse I was told I couldnt because there was a scratch on my phone after it had been passed around for over 45 min to 3 different employees and they had each taken the case off the another took the screen protector and all of the sudden a scratch was found. To top it all off they called someone who they called Charlies angel who no customer is allowed to know of or speak to for the final decoration if he was going to accept my phone back. His answer supposedly was no but how would I know given I wasnt allowed to speak with this person or have their information. The best part about the entire scenario is that I told the 3 young kids who seem to be running the store my phone had been dropping several calls during the 5 days Ive owned it. They didnt care to believe me or look into it so after them laughing at me and sending me on my way with a broken phone I didnt want I went to apple which was 45 min away from me to find out the phone was defected. The Bluetooth didnt work and could be causing all of my issues. So I was sold a defected phone and Im within my buyers remorse days and I cant speak or find out who Charlies angel is. Thats just great customer service.

1 STAR I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE BUT I HAD TO... THE ABSOLUTE WORST STORE!!! THE MANAGER BRANDON DID NOT HELP ME WHEN HIS EMPLOYEE DANGELO TRIED TO GET ME FOR A NEW $700 PHONE, AND DID NOT INFORM ME THAT I HAD INSURANCE WHICH I COULD CLAIM SINCE I WAS PAYING $11.99 A MONTH FOR THE LAST GOD KNOWS MONTHS/YEARS.. THIS STORE IS FRANCHISED ( REPEAT) DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR $$$ TO BE TAKEN

Made many promises and did not hold up on their side. The is an authorized dealer, not an AT&T store. When I went through the AT&T store, they informed me that I should not have went there. They dont know what they are doing. I have proof that this is very true. Look out and would not recommend to anyone!

I bring this store all kinda of things to take care. Wireless cameras that need sim cards. Some things they have never seen before but they are always very helpful and work hard to get everything I need taken care of.

the worst internet possible dialup works better then their dsl. The internet drops randomley all day long and you cant get a constant internet speed at all.
