Go to Miami Lakes store, These guys cannot help you; they have not idea what customer service is. I had a guaranty replacement and they did not want to change my phone, I call T-mobile customer service and they said I can do the exchange but these yahoos said they did not have a phone similar to mine. I had a friend call the store and yes they had a few in the store. I almost return my phone and go to AT&T with my business, but I call Miami Lakes and those guys were amazing, fast, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I explained my problem and it was solve within minutes. I never write reviews, but I think these yahoos deserved one.

Went to pick up my T-Mobile Tuesday Towel. As you walk in no one says anything, no "welcome", no "well be right with you", NO NOTHING. So after patiently waiting a good 30 min, I interrupt one of the girls and ask if they still have the towels available. The girl says "you really want that? We have sooo many. No one wanted them." I say yeah.. so I still patiently wait some more and I see a guy go into the back. As he is walking out I ask him if he can grab me the towel from the back. He tells me "oh we ran out!" Dude, know your store, know what you got, and work on your customer service. I wasted a half our of life.

Tuve muy buena experience en esta tienda. Visite la tiende por que mi celular me estaba dando muchos problemas, me ayudaron super rapido, solo espere 5 minuto por un representante. La señorita que me ayudo fue muy antenda y sabia muy bien lo que estaba haciendo.

This place is terrible, I call them and Im asking them questions about my device and its like they dont even know what a cell phone is... They are terrible when it comes to speaking to customers especially in the tone they speak to them in (very rude). I would not recommend this location to anyone looking towards gaining either knowledge or information about your devices or about your cell phone plans.

Next to the IHOP, parallel to 80th St. Called for directions, David responded and when I arrived, David was very courteous and professional. I was pleasantly surprised with their attitude and I was able to resolve my questions. He explained kindly, clearly and courteously all my questions. Best part, very little traffic inside and out.

This store change a lot the representatives are very knowledgeable and the manage staff help me a lot they know the best solutions for my problems and they help a lot they give more for the same that i have right know and i still saving money i left the store really happy i highly recomend all persons to go to this store

Horrible customer service. As soon as you walk into the store they wont even say hi to you like in other Tmobile stores. They just pretend that you dont exist. Try complaining and they will give you a bad attitude.

C+ | The store on 49th is better for sales, but this location is a retail branch and can provide all the basic necessities. If you are upgrading or doing anything serious go to the T-Mobile on 49th St.
