I brought an LG 5 phone with a broken glass face to be repaired there for one of my children. The clerk quoted me a price of $150 and promised it could be done the same day. I accepted her quote. At the end of the day she called me to tell me that the replacement part was defective, and the new replacement would not be available for at least a week. .Also, since they had taken the phone apart it would not be usable for at least a week. These people dealt with me incredibly dishonestly and were horribly smug about it. As a gringo in Miami, Im accustomed to a certain amount of discrimination that can sometimes be just under the surface. Im usually OK with it. Its not a very big deal. This was over the top. They lied to me and destroyed the phone, and they seemed amused to have been able to do it. They obviously seemed to think themselves immune to consequences. I guess well find out if thats true. If you hate gringos, shop here. Theyll love you.

If you want to go somewhere trustworthy and somewhere where you can be ensured great costumer service please stay away from these thieves. Not only are they gonna leave your phone with a loose screen but they refuse to help you when you go back for any adjustments. They didnt even make an intent to try to solve my issue. They overcharge people for Chinese screens of poor quality. Its sad google doesnt have the option to rate a business 0 stars so therefore i gave them 1

I had a screen replacement about 3 weeks ago and went back to the store as result of malfunctioned pattern. To my pleasant surprise the phone was fixed within minutes without questions Thanks very much Sylvia.
