I rarely bother to write reviews, but my wife and I had such an outstanding experience at the Verizon store in Southwest Ranches that I decided to write this. My wife needed a new phone and Gio, the customer service representative, helped her with the purchase. He was patient, knowledgeable, engaging and courteous. In short, he is the consummate professional and a great Verizon asset. I went back to the store the next day to pick up a screen protector (it wasnt in stock when we made the purchase) and Tony took care of me as Gio was working a later shift. I was really impressed; he had the same exemplary customer relations skills as Gio. Go to this store if you need a new phone or have other electronic needs.

This store is not a verizon store..they just sell verizon phones..i was trying to pay cash and they wouldnt accept it, then they charged me a restocking fee when i didnt even ever get the phone..then the black guy working there threaten to beat me when my daughter was sitting right next to me...the employees were out of control and then they said they had access to my personal info ..stay away from this store..theres a bunch of young ghetto kids running it..I tried to call corporate but this store has no ties with the real Verizon..cant even file a complaint.. they try only ha e good reviews cause they give youa free glass protector if you leave a great review..

My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones and were apprehensive because we dont speak "tech" lingo. We were helped by Ihosvany R. What a patient, knowledge, and super nice guy. He took the time to show us all available products and spoke in terms we could understand without being a "salesman". If you need anything, go see him. You will be glad you did. My husband and I love our products and will use Ihosvany for all our future Verizon needs.

Great service!! Jonathan and Tony were amazing. They were very attentive and helpful to me and my husband. Exceed our expectations and share their knowledge with the phones that we were getting, something that not everyone do. Will always go their store just because of them. Best service ever.

Donot step foot in this store..They lie to you about everything. Very poor customer service. Store manager doesnt know anything about company policies.. worst store Ive ever stepped foot in. The service I received at this location is the reason why I left verzion wireless
