ESPAÑOL: Me engañaron. Me ofrecieron una tablet LG sin costo en Julio del 2016, la promoción era que solo tenía que pagar 10$ mensuales por el uso de internet por dos años. Revisando mis facturas en estos días con detalle veo que me están cobrando el costo del internet más el de la tablet. Fui a la tienda y hablé con un representante que a la vez me hizo hablar por teléfono con el centro de atención de T-Mobile. El representante me dijo que esa tableta no tenía ningún tipo de promoción. La verdad, si no hubiese estado en promoción cuando me la ofrecieron no la hubiese aceptado. Mi recomendación es que revisen todos los meses la factura con el mayor detalle posible para evitar estos fraudes. Tengo 6 líneas con T-Mobile y cambiaré de proveedor por su falta de seriedad. ENGLISH: FRAUD. I was offered an LG tablet on July 2016, the promotion was to pay 10$ monthly for the internet for two years (not to pay the tablet itself). Checking my bill these past few days I realize they charged me not only for the internet but also the tablet. I went to the store and talked to a representative, who made me call the T-Mobile customer service. He told me that the tablet did not have a promotion. The truth is that if it did not had a promo I would not have accepted it. My recommendation is to double check every month with detail your bill to avoid this type of issues. I have 6 lines in T-Mobile and I am definitely switching to another provider.

Every time I went during the last months, it was a horrible experience. Lack of respect, difficulty in finding solutions, hostile people except one of them, a lady. The manager Jenny not even came today to try and find about the problem we were having with the tMobile employee. On the pgone, central office told us just to step by a store to change details in account, in the store they wanted to charge more, among other inconvenience. Not going ever again to that location, unless they change all the staff... Same thing is happening to other customers there, since aprox 6 months ago.

Didnt acknowledged what my problem was at all and just tried to sell me stuff. I went there two times. The first I went to buy a phone and tried so hard to shove stuff down my throat and make buy accessories I dont want even when I tell, more than once, that I dont want it; the other time I had a problem with my other phone and they didnt even look at my phone and or listened. They just told me to do something so vapid that I have already done and since they were not very nice; I said thank you and left the store.

Espere 25 minutos a la hora de abrir por que no había llegado ningún empleado aunque después llegó la empleada me atendió muy cordialmente no me solucionó el problema y fui al t mobile de weston donde la atención y la solución fue inmediata muchas gracias

Outstanding service and knowledge at this store. Angel was fantastic. Not only did Angel tell me what I would be getting, but T-Mobile actually deliver. Every little detail about my bill including credits, cost, and discounts is exactly as Angel stated it would be. How refreshing to get what you are promised. Plus, the service on this network is so much better than my previous carrier. T-Mobile is the way to go. Go to this store and ask for Angel, you wont be disappointed.

Worst service ever. Waited 2 hours for them to try and scam me for 200 dollars checking the wrong account because the "7 looked like a 0" and wanted to charge me money for the jump, moreover thd Puerto Rican lady vilmira made me wait even while she was attending me, having a terrible attitude and made me pay 90 over the phone and didnt inform me of a 60 down payment. Terrible servic, and money hungry. Ridiculous. Never coming back.

Terrible customer service. I called and spoke to an Hispanic woman and she didnt want to deal with the problem, so she hung up on me. Very rude. Dont call customer service either. You will only get foreigners who are nothing but robots. They repeat everything and talk to you like youre not human. T mobile has lost my business.

Best location Ive been in so far! They helped me a lot and made sure I was aware of all of my options when I went to get an upgrade. The staff there was very attentive and made sure to greet me and let me know that someone would be with me shortly. 10/10 would recommend this location.

Terrible customer service. There were 3 employees and I was the only customer in the store. I said hello, stood in front of 2 of the employees and they looked right past me. They were too busy with their private conversation so I left. There are plenty of other stores to choose from.

Really bad customer service. Just one client and 3 employees, and no one helped me. I waited for 30 min, I though they were getting info for my request, but I noticed they were already over with me. In other words, they didnt take care of me, and I couldnt upgrade my phone.

Beware this shop, they assigned the wrong telephone numbers when switching to Tmobile. They could not transfer a number of AT&T and I almost lost my current number. Their backoffice system works very slow or sometimes is down. If you need Tmobile, go to other store.

I wanted to update my phone and was told there were 6 people in front of me. I waited an hour when I asked how many people were in front of me, there was now 8. They barely acknowledged me but they would go to great lengths to help people who came after me
