Long story short, the store SHAFTED me and left me without a phone. Long story long, we went to switch from ATT with the whole they pay your termination fees. My fiance with a Puerto Rican number (which was already transferred to the US by ATT) wanted to join our family plan. We were told multiple times that the switch would be fine, having multiple times said the number is from Puerto Rico and even asking about being able to call Puerto Rico which she does everyday for family. Lots of yes and yes to get our business. The day after I went to check in on the number transfer and was told it was still in process. 2 days later I went to speak to the manager because we had been told the number could NOT be transferred and of course he was busy. I told them honestly, either they need to look into another way to transfer the number or I need EVERYTHING reversed. They tell me I have to pay a re-stocking fee of $50 to give the phone back (which I had already spent $60 getting a case and a nice un-returnable tempered glass screen protector for). I tell them no way Im paying for giving a phone back I only got under the CONDITION I COULD TRANSFER THE NUMBER. The manager doesnt even come out to talk to me, instead sends a floor person to tell me ok we can wave the $50 fee to restock the phone and that the original phone was already sent to the warehouse. So I CANT go back because now I have no phone to go back to ATT with and no sim card. So now Im stuck between a rock and a hard place. She doesnt want a new number, shes had the same one for 15 years. I understand, I wouldnt want to change mine either. I spend multiple hours with different people on the T-Mobile help line. They tell me the number could be transferred and to give it 24 hours. Awesome, the store lied to me. I talk to customer service to put in a complaint, they tell me the best they can do is a $20 statement credit. Woopty-freakin do. So today the 24 hours are still up and the number isnt transferred. I spent some more hours with T-mobile on the phone and turns out no, even though T-mobile has branches in Puerto Rico they cant transfer the number. Sure wish store associates werent ignorant about this. So I go back again to get it resolved. Of course the manger is gone off somewhere and I have to wait another 30 minutes before he shows up. Once he does, all they can again offer is to take the phone back no charge. What about the screen protector? What about the case? More importantly, what the hell am I supposed to do about a phone? The store basically has taken no responsibility for the issue. The only reason we got in this mess was because we were told we could transfer the number. Now Im going to have to shell out about $300-400 to get a phone to take back to ATT since Im still in contract. The least they could do is accept responsibility and provide me with an equivalent phone, because of course its also "impossible" to get the phone back. Cause tracking numbers dont exist these days. In summation, thanks to this store Ive wasted countless hours over the last 4 days, lost a phone, and will lose a couple hundred dollars getting another one to replace it. Im seriously considering taking my other 3 lines elsewhere. DO NOT waste your time here. And of course, Ive yet to talk to the manager because he is incredibly busy. The best I got was an Associate Manager. This will be forwarded to the Better Business Bureau.

What an amazing experience! This past week my family and I all switched over from AT&T. Our sales rep Krystle was absolutely awesome!!!! She was able to switch us over without any mess. 2 of us got new phones and we are in love. In love so much with the over all experience that I referred another family member to her and now she too made the switch from METROPCS to T-Mobile

Didnt even know this store was here! So glad I found it, staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I wasnt sure what I wanted when I walked in but I left feeling like I made the right choice. As a small business owner they really cared about how they could help me improve my business model, Im now taking credit cards on the go! Thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience with this store! The representative Sam was very helpful with my upgrade. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The wait time was minimal which is very important to me. A+++
