My mom and I came into the store after being told by sprint and I am quoting a sprint employee “Another carrier would be able to do more for you”. We were greeted right away by Naomi who at the time was assisting another customer. She stated she would be right with us and in just a few minutes she was. We haven’t shopped for cell phone service in over eight years and didn’t know really where to begin. Naomi made the process as easy as could be explaining everything in the greatest of detail and being very patience with us when we asked questions. Daniel was also working that night and once he finished with the customer he was with he also came over to help out. We ended up buying more than we planned on and couldn’t be happier. While we were waiting for our phones to port the numbers over and activate, Daniel and Naomi talked to us not as customers but as friends. They asked about our families as we asked about theirs which made the time go by fast. Once the phones were activated they walked us through step by step making sure we understood the ins and outs of our new service and new phones. Since the purchase of our phones I have had to go back to them a few times to ask a few questions and I also purchased some accessories from them. I received great service every time I have gone in. I would highly recommend Verizon as a cell phone provider and this store as the best place to become a customer.!

A few days ago, my wife and I (Senior Citizens) went to this Verizon store to finally surrender our flip-phones for Samsung J-7"s. Tech boobs, we knew absolutely nothing of the workings of the smart phone. Knowing this from the outset, Store Manager Daniel Conboy, Store took care of us. He was patient, a good listener, answered all our questions and explained charges and fees as we bought the phones. Note: The store closes at 6:00 P.M. Mr. Conboy stayed with us after-hours to complete his teachings. We left at 6:40 P.M., and really appreciated his time (and extra time) spent with us. Thats great service. Five stars!!!!

Recently visited the Weston location to change carriers. I also needed 3 phones, 2 locally and 1 in Orlando for my son. The initial problem was my son was in an unknown Verizon Orlando location with a phone with 3% battery life. At 8:30 pm, after store hours, the rep, Daniel, tried calling the different locations trying to locate my son to continue the transaction. Although we never connected, Daniel finished servicing the carrier change over, 40 minutes past store close. My only regret, Im sorry I waited so long to leave T-Mobile.

I originally came into the store because I had went over to the pines and hiatus location, and after having such a bad experience I came here after not realizing I lived across the street! I dealt with Nicole and must I say she has made the difference and made my expierence great! She shows what true customer service, even with out purchasing an device she was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and thats what matters! I will be going to this location now more often, and Nicole and Nicole only will be the one handeling my account!

There are not enough stars to indicate how e-x-t-r-e-m-e-l-y satisfied we were last evening at this store, having been helped by Daniel through the process of setting up a new phone and deactivating one irrevocably damaged by my husband who until recently apparently thought one can safely dribble an iPhone on a brick driveway. I am in my forties, had a bunch of annoying questions, and called this Weston store and spoke with Daniel C., he was fantastic, super helpful, patient, and soon the call revealed that we wouldnt be able to use his store, but he referred me to the store that would meet my needs. So even though he wasnt going to close a sale, I got top notch customer service and I would go to this store for my future Verizon needs. In this day and age, this kind of service is rare and I cant state my appreciation enough. John

Syed Hussain was one of the most helpful employees Ive come across! He was very patient and made sure I understood everything as far as pricing and upgrades were concerned. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind! I had a lot of questions and he answered every single one. He was not frustrated when I didnt understand and took the time to explain to me so that I did. I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and have never met someone so helpful! Thank you Syed for all of your help!!

I was a sprint customer for 10 years and had to switched to Verizon a year ago. They have better service and have the best customer service, questions are answered immediately, and if I have any trouble shooting I just walk in and they help me on the spot. As a self employed business owner I depend on my phone. I highly recommend this location Ariel Daniel and Louis have been great dont know what I would do without them

Just came back from the store where Luis Goldstein helped me moving the Verizon service from my old iPhone5 to the new iPhone7. Luis was great helping me with all aspects of transferring data, apps, etc. Also he helped me choosing the right impact case, screen protector and car charger. Luis was very patient with all my questions. My first time at this store and certainly will be back! Great service! Thanks Luis!

They sold me a car charger for 45$ it broke 3 months later. Wont replace it. Next issue, pre-order a phone they charge you 40$ fee to do any upgrades.. I assumed the fee was going towards the final price of the phone when it arrived. Wrong. They upsell me a cable for a discount to help me out.. they took off 3$ and rip me off for a 35$ 3ft cable. This store is nothing but a rip off..

I was there 2 times, tried to become a customer, willing to pay for the most expensive phone type and plan, and they could not figure out in the system how to get me over from Sprint. They said theyd call me back and never did, despite multiple follow ups. Finally, I went back there a 3rd time and someone there was able to help me.

My mom got a phone here a few weeks ago and she loves it. The staff gave us the best customer service experience we have ever witnessed. When we came back a few weeks later because my mom was having trouble with her new phone, Daniel and his team sat her down and coached her through it. Verizon is lucky to have such a great team!
