I walked into the store looking to buy a new Iphone 4 (cash in hand). The employees (about 5 of them) were sitting over a display of iPads talking. I found the Iphone looked at it, read about it, waiting for someone perhaps to assist me. I was the only costumer in the store. No one approached me. I accidently set off an alarm on a cell phone display by moving the phone. An employee came by, turned off the alarm which was next to me, and walked away as if I was not standing there. I saw a man in a black shirt and assumed he was the manager. He was standing behind the counter. I went to the counter to ask for help in my purchase. I stood in front of the counter for a minute or two, directly in front of him while he was talking to an employee about computer video games they play. Neither of them acknowledged me. I then just walked out of the store very disappointed.

I came to buy a 1.899.00 TV and Stood around for 20-30 mins no one came i went to another department to ask for help, they called over the intercom for help still no one came 10 mins later I left CASH in hand. Went to Compusa got a better deal with awesome support!! Ill never go to Best Buy again.

The customer service is very good. The sales people are extremely knowledgeable on product features, they know their products and are tech savvy. They even helped me find the right plan which lowered my phone bill.
