We chose to go to this store over the other Verizon in Vero Beach because it had such great reviews. My boyfriend and I were incredibly disappointed. The employee assisting us (Mike) wasnt helpful, attentive, or even polite. Maybe I would understand if the store was busier, but there were 3 employees and only one other customer in the store with us. We are signing on from another carrier, so our process was a bit longer than normal, but Mike didnt seem to want to answer any questions or try to assist us with the switch. He tried to get out of deals Verizon was holding for new customers several times and when I asked him about it, he got annoyed and goes "yeah I guess you do get that too". (These deals included $400 bill credit, that he said he wasnt aware of and he tried to get $50 out of my iPhone, when they are offering a special for $200). We are still trying to get our phones they ordered for us, but we will be sending them to another Verizon store to set them up. When we called to ask about the phones (about 5 times since Friday), they told us they would call us back when they were less busy. This has been a hassle from the start. I honestly worry that someone less knowledgeable about technology will go in this store and get completely screwed over into paying way more for their bill.

Worst service ever the guys inside tried to tell me i should understand as a bussiness owner of 3 bussinesses that if a customer brings back a product with a manufacter defect its up to the manufacturer to fix it. I said no as a bussiness owner i take the product back and give there money back or replace the product and deal with the maunfacturer myself. Wheres the customer service there is none. I will be switchin my phone service of over 5 years with verizon because of this.

Great wonderful staff! Amazing customer service! Arcadio, Gabriel and Nick O, are a very knowledgeable and gave us an outstanding service. They answered all my questions and explained in detail the plan and the upgrade process. I know staff rotates to the other locations, so they are not always at the same store. These gentlemen were working 12/21 to 12/23 /2016 at the Indian River Blvd. location. Definitely going back!

Nothing but excellent feedback! We currently have 3 smart phones, 2 HUMS and a tablet. We obviously rely on Verizon and this store has an employee, Nick, who helps me every single time! He always seems to know how to best help us. He has made recommendations and suggestions that will save us money over time. I never hesitate to recommend them to local friends.
