Excellent service from Stephanie, We called on a sunday almost to their closing time(mind you bjs closes at 8, they close around 6 or 7) after a horrible experience in tmobile, i dropped my phone in the toilet and there was no other way to upgrade my phone other than waiting for a new one from the insurance. They set us up with twice as much data and we pay less than at tmobile, very knowledgeable and the longest wait time was simply because i had to call tmobile to get my acc info so i could keep my number(like always tmobile showed us how bad they are by having me wait on the phone for 50 minutes) simply ridiculous!! other than that they helped us out and ordered us two new iphones!
