Poor communication skills, no real electronic diagnostics skills. The initial visit was great and I had confidence that this was the right place to bring my water-damaged iPhone. However after 48hrs, I called 3 times and was given the "we should know and call you back in about an hour" line. All 3 times, I called back after 3 hours. Ultimately, my water damaged iPhone was determined to have "probably a bad motherboard, and those arent cost effective to replace". After their "diagnostic work", the phone will boot up and randomly fail, but has a physical diagonal crack from the bottom left to top right inside the screen. Their diagnosis is to swap parts and see if it works, rather than true electronic component diagnostic work involving meters and repairs that involve soldering. Any attempts to justify my negative review are invalid, as I am fair and honest and have significant experience in electronic repair. I only came to you, because I was on vacation and didnt have access to the tools I need. Ifixgalaxy, if I am wrong, call or email me to discuss and I will edit this review.

I would give this store 0 stars if that was possible. I got there first thing in the morning to have simple glass replacement. They told me it would take about an hour. I had to wait over two hours for them to finally finish repairing my phone. When I got my phone back I saw some scratches along the bottom that were not there before, as if it was dropped. The warranty is basically useless too they said they would replace my screen if it broke again, but only if there was no damage to it. This place needs to be more careful with our devices and nicer to their customers. I will never be returning here again.

There facility is very nice and the people are very kind. One very nice thing about this place is that you dont have to wait days to get your device back! they do it same day as long as they have the part in stock. They go out of there way to help you there. the service advisor i worked with was Francisco and he has gone out of his way to help me in any way. I def. would recommend them to anyone that needs any apple product fixed. Hard to find this kind of service these days Thanks for the help!

My experience here was awful. The people were unbelievably rude. They did not inform me about all of the damages to my phone. The screen was put on incorrectly and when I took it back 2 weeks later they told me it was not covered by warranty and told me it would still be over $100 to fix. Overall the worst place to get your phone fixed. I would rather drive an hour away to get good customer service and effective work than ever go back here again. Please save yourself and never go here.

Extremely quick and polite service. Less than minutes after walking in, I was headed out with a new camera lens in my phone. Went to the closest place to have LCD module and glass replaced. That place did a good job, but they dont stock the camera lens. Out of curiosity, I asked ehat iFix eoukd charge for to reokace the LCD module and glass, they were $50 less. Let my loss be your lesson learned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND iFix Gallaxy on New Haven and Babcock!

My screen cracked immediately after they handed it back to me. I pushed the home button and that was more than enough to crack the screen. When I addressed the agent, I was met with hostility. They said what happened was impossible and no way any ones fault but my own. The agent witnessed the event and denied it entirely. I was refused a repair, refund, and eventually services. These guys are not worth the hassle. Never again

These guys are so wonderful and nice. Any time I come with a question or problem they explain it to me in a way that doesnt make me feel dumb as I am not very technology savvy. I highly, highly recommend to everyone that has any technical equipment that needs to be fixed or if you have any questions about a product that you dont understand, to come to iFix Galaxy. They will get you squared away.

Honest, reliable, and professional. Very happy! I brought in my Galaxy5 for repair. Dropped it, screen went dark. $35 diagnosis fee. Was told if something disconnected, total charge is $35. If screen has to be replaced, $180. Receive a call about 24 hrs later with good news - just a disconnect! $35! They couldve charged me the $180, I would not have known the difference. Very grateful.

I just wanted to give I fix Galaxy a wonderful compliment due to their courtesy and expediency in fixing my computer I had accidentally deleted all of my pictures that were posted from a recent vacation they were very helpful by recognizing my passion and urgency to retrieve my pictures really professional nice guys that got the job done I highly recommend them

Ifix Galaxy did a great job, my iphone screen was shattered in a car wreck, they fixed it for an affordable cost. The screen looks just like a new iphone . THe guys were very courteous and service was prompt. I recommend them for any repairs on your cell phones and tablets. Keep up the good work folks.

I had an issue here originally. I was very upset but was talked off the ledge. The owner is very involved and handled it efficiently. You will have problems from time to time- it happens. Its all about how its handled. Im happy with them and would recommend them.

Was fast and was very happy when they fixed my iPhone 7 camera lens but they could now a few days later my camera is broke from the inside, the lens left unscratched but there is a crack on the inside now. Would really like a refund or the problem fixed

I was told that I needed a new LCD screen, but when I came to this place today, they told me I just needed a new front camera which is costing me 2/3 less the price than I was originally quoted. Im glad I received a 2nd opinion. I was very pleased!
