DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! THEY SCAM AND LIE TO PEOPLE!!!! WAS JUST THERE TODAY AND THE GUY WAS GOING TO COMPLETELY RUIN MY ACCOUNT AND THANK GOD I WENT TO THE CORPORATE STORE OR MY ACCOUNT WOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY SCREWED..........THE MANAGER IS A SCAM ARTIST HIS NAME IS AARON...........DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!

I decided to switch over to Verizon after years of terrible reception on my phone and customer service from T-Mobile. I went in to the jacaranda store and Sean was so helpful! He was extremely personable and friendly and went above and beyond to do everything he could. Exceptional customer service wouldnt go anywhere else!

Had to wait for an hour on the phone to verify the warrantee. The insurance was not worth paying for. So just ended up getting a new phone. However the customer service rep at the store was very helpful.
