My husband took his Android phone here to have a cracked screen repaired. They did a horrible job. The new screen cracked in less than an hour of leaving the store. They tried to say it was his fault, and werent going to fix it. I posted a poor review here, and they agreed to fix it. When my husband arrived the second time to have the phone fixed, they said that they wouldnt fix it until I deleted my poor review. They actually made him stand there and wait until they could verify Id deleted it. The second time around was just as awful. Not only were they rude to us, but the glue didnt hold and the screen peeled away from the phone. We ended up going without the phone for two weeks so we could send it back to the company and pay for them to send a new one. So we lost a large chunk of money by using this place. Im posting this review to let everyone else know that they lied to us by saying theyd fix it, and then making conditions regarding fixing it after we got there. Also to let people know that they seem to like to blame all problems on the customer even when its obviously their fault. So if you like sloppy, lazy work and being treated poorly, this is the place to go. We wont use them again, and definitely wont recommend them to anyone.

Ellos chequearon el telefono y determinaron cual era el problema. Ahora tengo mi telefono como nuevo. Fueron muy profesionales y serviciales. Altamente recomendado.

I find it hard to believe this store has positive reviews. I called on 3/25/17 and spoke to Alexandra to get a quote on a cracked screen and she responded she couldnt provide one at that moment since she needed to verify from her suppliers. She gave me a story that they didnt have my screen in stock since my phone is not common. I could understand not having the part in stock but not being able to provide an estimate within a reasonable time is beyond comprehension. Their website has my phone listed but yet she couldnt provide me a quote for the parts and labor. Im still waiting on the quote today 3/28/17

Service was great! I called ahead of time to ask if they could fix my screen & how much it would cost (on a Saturday). About 30min later I was at the store & not even 2 hours later they called me back to let me know it was ready to pick up. Very polite & welcoming staff! Let my cellphone like new & even added a screen protector to avoid any more casualties (my screen was shattered into pieces). Would definitely recommend them!
