Worst retail company to work for worst retail company to do business with. when it comes to treatment of employees down to the sketchy business practices like selling glass screens only cash for the owners benefit. Not to mention they like to sell returned phones so not everything you get is brand new like they claim.Do your selves a favor and dont come here your better off at a corporate store where theyre no setup fees when you pay for a phone and everything is brand new. Ps the setup fee is 40$ just to turn your phone on this place is a complete joke. Stay away from this one and the one on bird road both are the same retailer so the service wont change.

Not so long ago I found out about this location and decided to pass by. The reps that work there are very nice and well prepared but for some reason there is always one person working. I went in and had to wait a while because the rep was busy with a customer. I would have given 5 stars if there would have been at least 2 people or more working and would have made my experience shorter. Other than the lack of employees, the service is great.

From the beginning , switching over from another carrier to Verizon , Shantalle has helped me every step of the way ! Even with my everyday transactions , questions or payments she never tells me to call customer service & instead she helps me right then & there ! Very knowledgeable & store is also well kept ! I come specifically to this store everytime because of the service they provide me with !

I happened to be eating at the burger spot in the same plaza as this Verizon, and after we ate we went in to check out the store. Fairly new to our area but the sales reps were bery friendly and knowledgeable!!! I was impressed with all the info I received. They also checked my account and let me know of all the offers and promos that apply to me. I will definitely be coming back to upgrade there

went to this store for accessories and wanted to comment that Ms. Fuentes was so professional, kind and helpful. It was a wonderful experience to shop here. I have been to other locations, and this one was by far the very best in customer service. Wonderful to feel comfortable with her warm welcome and outstanding personality. Great job Verizon.....

Shantalle was amazing ! I first called on the phone and she helped me with my phone order. She was very knowledgeable with promotions and transferred all my important information from my old phone to my new phone. Im very satisfied and will be coming here from now on. I recommend this location! All the reps were very friendly

I love Verizon. The service is great. But making me pay in cash is stupid.. I was paying $250 in cash and on top of that was charged $40 to reactivate my phone. When I called Verizon. They told me that was ridiculous and that doesnt make sense. So Im pretty sure this store is pocketing peoples money. I say, STAY AWAY!!
