Verizon es muy bueno pero esa tienda la persona que me atendió es muy mala se llama Gabriel. Jugaba en su teléfono mientras me atendía obviamente no prestaba atención a ninguna inquietud! Atendía de muy mala gana. Quería información de un teléfono y que va me la dio otra persona. En fin verizon gente así no debe trabajar con ustedes

Sim duda la mejor telefonía, tal vez no sea la mas económica pero yo probé Sprint y es una basura probe con cricket y es muy buena telefonia pero no tienen los mejores equipos moviles en venta , Tmobile es caro y malo la señal es mala en muchos lugares de Miami y sin duda verizon es lo mejor

Verizon is trash. I had ordered a pair of airpods from their website and a few hours later I get an email saying to confirm the order. I call the number and go through 3 different persons and nobody could help me confirm it, they were asking for a social security but i do not have one. I even go to this physical store but they couldnt help me either, they just tell me to wait. The day the product was supposed to get to my house I get an email saying the order was cancelled. Never ordering something through Verizon again or using any of their services.

Ive been to a lot of Verizon stores, some are great with helpful staff, and some are not. This is a horrible store. With terrible employees, if you have to come here and deal with the rude staff, a word of advice: call customer service yourself to accomplish what you need, and keep them on the phone til youre done. thats what we had to do. Otherwise, go to any other Verizon store in Miami, theres like 20 of them, and save yourself a few hours of grief

I went to this store to buy a new iPhone 6s I walk around the store by 15 minutes and nobody pay attention to me, nobody telling me hi hello welcome nothing, was a terrible experience.
