Horrível!! Comprei um celular que com pouco mais de um mês de uso não funciona mais. Agora estou com o aparelho no Brasil, e totalmente largado por parte da empresa BLU por seus representantes no Brasil. Gostaria muito de um posicionamento de alguém da loja física para me ajudar. -------//------ Horrible!! I bought a cell phone that with just over a month of use no longer works. Now I have the device in Brazil, and totally dropped by the BLU company for its representatives in Brazil. I would very much like a positioning of someone from the physical store to help me.

They sold me a broken cell and because I brought it after the "7 days warranty" they did not want to exchange it! Even though I tried to reason and gently explained that the cell phone had to do to Cuba and come back, I had to stand while they called me a liar in my face, saying they did not open their cells!!!! Really disrespectful manager and very nasty employee. Check your merchandise before leaving the store!!! Almost 200 dollars to the garbage!
