I have shopped at this location before and my experience was amazing. However, my last experience was just horrendous! I would give it negative ratings!! They need to take lessons on communications and customer experience. The sales person never told us that the furniture was on back order and we found out only when the delivery people were there (by this time we had an empty bedroom). We called the store and they were not bothered and couldnt figure out what had happened- so we asked the furniture to be taken back. After several calls- and being transferred multiple times I was able to get another delivery date with no time- frame for the bed arriving (back order). We got the bed about 5 weeks later and I had to follow up constantly! There was a lot of confusion and just HORRIBLE customer experience! I would stay clear of this store.

I love the quality of the furniture but was disappointed with warehouse/customer service communication. I have literally spent over $20,000 in furniture within last 7 months. I found out from delivery driver that my special order sofa was damaged at warehouse. My king headboard was to take 3 weeks its now over 6 weeks from the time I ordered. Delivery guys didnt attach my queen headboard to frame said they didnt have screws that fit. My special order otterman for living room furniture came 1 week later and wring color.

Dont waste time...the staff will confuse you and at the end they give you surprises of Shipment extra, try to sell useless insurance which they are not clear what is covered..wasted all my time to select and the end sale did not happen...frustrating experience. Do they have any manager..I requested one to talk and no one appeared may be he is always busy with dealing with the shocked customers...2 stars only for collection and my earlier experience with other store

I purchased a bunch of furniture from Raymour and Flanigan and I am happy about my experience. Jerry helped me to choose my furniture and he is patient, knowledgeable and super helpful. After I made the payment I figured one of my room is too small for what I purchased so I went back to store for exchange. Jerry helped me again for the exchange and refund the price difference. Other staffs are helpful and friendly as well. Its very pleasant shopping experience.

This place has some great furniture for sure. I know the sales guys work on commission but please listen to your customers. If you bother too much I will leave. Hit me with some good information on how things work and let me go. A good salesman can tell when they are too much. With that said this place is great. Clean and easy to see everything. Best place to buy for the quality.

OMG! I purchased from Raymour and I couldnt be happier than I am. My experience from beginning to end was amazing. I had the pleasure of working with a gentlemen by the name of "Rey". Rey helped my wife and I furnish our sun room and patio. They furniture and his knowledge was the most excellent combination. If you ever visit this location ask for "Rey". Thanks Rey!

The employees here are very accommodating and respectful. As you enter, youre greeted by a single furnishing consultant who is committed to you and you alone. The furniture is of excellent quality and the showroom proves it at every corner. Great store to stop by for new furniture!
