If you are looking to purchase furniture, STAY AWAY FROM SURFSIDE CASUAL! Rob is a terribly, awful representative. I have ordered thousands of dollars of furniture from here and I am still missing pieces 2 months later!! Rob has failed to communicate with me throughout this entire process. Yes, its been an exhausting 2 month PROCESS!!! Surfside had sold the furniture (that I had already paid for) while it was waiting to be delievered to my house! When I call Surfside to check in on my order, as I am still awaiting the delievery, they decline my calls!! Unfortunately, I now have to use my daughters cell phones for anyone to pick up! Even the owner of Surfside Casual wont answer my emails!!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

Ordered furniture including two sets of bunk beds with mattresses. One mattress was very soft, in fact, defective. I called and asked to have it replaced with a better quality and said I would pay the difference. The mattress was only slept on one time (as it is in a beach house). I bought it in April and my granddaughter slept on it in June. They would not replace the mattress and the owner, Robert, would not return my phone call. I will never shop there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I visited the store and preferred the furniture over other local providers. Placed an online request for furniture to fill a three bedroom condo. I followed up with a call to the store and was assured they had my requests and I would receive a quote so that I could come in in two days to choose fabrics. On the evening of the day I hoped to travel in to place my order, I received a quote on ONE end table. Needless to say, another furniture store will be getting my business.

Our experience with Surfside Casual was very positive from design to delivery. The designers were wonderful in helping us to put together the decor for many of our rooms in our new home. The delivery team was always punctual and great about putting everything together for us. I highly recommend Surfside Casual for all of your decorating needs. They strive to meet the needs of all types of tastes and styles.

The only good thing about this store is Joan for design. The customer service was absolutely a joke. The owner is nasty and does not care about the customer. There is no management whatsoever.
