Horrendous customer service. Cant talk to sales people because they quickly jump from one customer to the next. I was working with the manager, had to talk with my wife for a second and hes off helping someone else and I have to wait for him another 20 minutes. They promise delivery dates they cant keep. When I was there the system had been down all day and they couldnt accurately determine warehouse availability. Against my better judgement I purchased a living room set. Confirmed with the manager and corporate on the delivery date and availability, received 2 confirmation calls from Ashley only to get a call at 9pm the night before delivery that NONE of the furniture is in their warehouse. According to them their system has been down for a week and Im supposed to be sympathetic to that. Either my order was given to someone else or all week theyve been lying to me that it was instock. Then, on the phone, they cant give me a New specific delivery date and when I demand they cancel the order the corporate office cant cancel, only the store can. Stay away from this company.

Went to buy a new living room set, dining room set, and a few miscellaneous pieces. After wasting 3 hours because the sales "rep" Liliana kept jumping from customer to customer, we left without making the purchase. She couldnt come up with delivery times, botched the total 3 times, and finally told us to wait a minute-she was going to get the manager to help her. 20 minutes go by and I go looking for her. She is with another customer at the opposite end of the store. I go speak to the manager "Tom" and told him the situation and that I will be leaving without making the $6,000 purchase and he just said, "OK, no problem" as did she when I told her the same on the way out. HORRIBLE customer service and no way to keep your customers. I purchased 4 bedrooms of furniture about 15 months ago. We received phenomenal customer service. When we went back yesterday, we found that things have changed drastically at this location. Im going to write to the corporate office about this experience. They need changes at this location!!!

Ashleys furniture is great product and Ive bought several things from there store and never been disappointed but this time was different though I love the table I purchased and have no complaints there I can complain about there delivery and how the assembled my table. After a couple days I noticed the table was loose and found that they never tightened any of the bolts for the legs!! The bolts were literally on the last thread and luckily my table didnt fall apart and I caught this.

I was shopping for a White Leather Sofa Bed and had already been to several other furniture stores with no luck. I walked into your store and was immediately greeted by your salesman. Once I discribed the white leather sofa bed I wanted, not only was he helpful, polite and charming, but he showed me the White Leather Sofa Bed I wanted and I Fell In Love...Thank You Ashley...It looks Beautiful in my living room!

Ashelys was completely amazing! Dave was our sales associate and he helped us pick out everything we needed. He even moved over tables to the couch I wanted to see if it was to my liking. They went above and beyond here and as soon as we expand our house we are going back to Ashleys for more furniture!!

Horrible experience never going back again. The store was not able to deliver part of the order and when requesting a refund, they asked me to pay restocking fee. The issue was sorted out once they called the dispatch team. The store manager is totally unprofessional and no respect for anyone.

Been here on the thanksgiving eve..the sales people are so annoying and arrogant...no information with them, annoyed with online sales, looks like they were forced by company to work on thanksgiving day and working reluctantly...i will never go to this place...avoid it totally guys...

Had a few issues. One item will be delayed for 30 days Also 2 items were damage But the manager took care of the issues and gave me a 350 gift With that I will be back to buy more furniture. Thank you Tom schneider I see you guys make sure the customer is happy

An awesome experience, Charles is the man! I got everything I needed for my new apartment. Definitely will be coming back. I spent at least 2 hours and Charles was cool, patient and had my best interest in mind.

Do not Buy From Ashleys. The warranty they sell is the worse. They dont pick up they dont call back. I have Ashleys furniture and cant wait to throw it out and buy from some other place.
