First, I really wish I didnt have to give a star at all.. By far the worst service I have ever had at a Verizon store. I was greeted and approached by Melissa a salesperson. I told her what I was looking for. I went in looking for the Samsung S6. I explained that I was an Apple user but I am in the processes of switching to an Android phone. I told her that I had already called 611 and the explained all the phone and what I was able to buy and what the specials were available to me. She looked up my account and told me that she didnt see those notes and the only thing she could offer me was $200.00 off the Droid thing. I was like no thats not what customer service told me. She said I dont see the notes and there is nothing I can do. I was very frustrated at this point. I left out the store and called 611 and at that point I got Keshia on the phone and she looked at my account and saw the notes from Tim that he has offered me an early upgrade with $200.00 off any smartphone with monthly payments. I then asked Keshia if she would be willing to talk to the lady at the corp. Verizon store I was currently sitting in front of. She said "sure" I went back in and asked Melissa if she would talk to customer service. Melissa stood there with a smirk on face and arms kinda crossed and spoke with customer service and saying No I dont see the notes and you will need to give her that offer. I then once again left store very upset at this point. Keshia offered to call the Hilltop store and see if they were able to see the notes and offer me the special that was offered by Tim. She called and came back on the line and told me that Hilltop see the notes and would be more than happy to help me. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by the lady that signs you in. She got to hear the whole story and how frustrated I was from my experience at the Lynnhaven location. Marvette then showed me the Galaxy S6 and the Note 5. Needless to say I ended up with a Note 5 and two additional tablets. If you need to visit a Verizon store its well worth the extra time to go to Hilltop and see those gals there. Especially Marvette!!!!

Ive never rated anything three stars before, because Ive always either loved or hated something. This store perplexes me. I went in to get an iPad on my account, there was a miscommunication as far as what to do with the old tablet. They took my old tablet for a $15 credit when I actually just wanted to keep it. An honest mistake. What was crazy was that an hour and a half wait I had to go through afterwards while they try to figure out how to give me my old tablet back. Their effort was great, but the bottom line was ridiculous I cant spend three hours in a Verizon wireless. So I dont know if I can tell you I would recommend this place for their effort, or steer you away for the borderline incompetence. I guess I would say if youre doing something simple then go for it. But if you feel like what youre doing has any complications at all I would avoid this place like the plague

i was with at&t before and was planning to go to 4 carriers that day (sprint, t-mobile, verizon and at&t). I went to verizon store and needless to say that was my last stop. what can I say, i am a sucker for an incredible service and great deal. Brittani and the rest of the crew battled through some computer terror and were able to get me new iphone 7 plus the same day. I honestly was expecting 1-2 month worth of wait and was cool with that. Thank you guys for your help. P.S. I read some of the reviews here and dont agree with most of the bad ones. People at the store are WAY better than one on the phone or internet. They work with you if you are: 1) nice. 2) work with them. If you want to be mean, go look at the mirror and yell at yourself on the top of your lungs.

This store advised to upgrade our basic phone line to a smart phone, buy that basic phone out right and then swap the numbers in order to keep the unlimited data we are grandfathered into. We did this and had a few issues the 1st few days so we were on the phone with customer service several times, we were advised all 3 basic phones had data blocks and only the 2 smart phones had data plans. Bill came in, $60 above the normal, we are being billed data this month and in advance on a basic phone. Store, customer service and tech support are no help and refuse to pass us up to supervisors.

The service at this store is horrible, cant process transactions or refunds correctly, and are more concerned with upselling you on bluetooth speakers than they are with fulfilling your needs. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different store!
