Recently ordered two rechargeable batteries online. Was sent email from Batteries Plus that the order was ready for pick up. When I arrived, only one battery was available. Was told by store clerk, I would have to come back another day to get the other one. I had to ask the clerk if he had another battery that was comparable. He find one and charged me $.50 more for the battery. No apology, no discount since the order was not complete, was an inconvenience both time and unnecessarily having to burn gas to return. Clerk blamed the incomplete process of the order on another clerk that was not there to defend himself.. This is my second time in the store when something has gone wrong with an simple online order. First time, I ordered a Duracell cellphone battery, when I arrived to store for pick up, I was informed the store did not carry the Duracell brand that I ordered off their website and ended up having to purchase some off name brand battery, to again, not to have to burn unnecessary gas and waste what little time I have to accomplish these types of errands because I am a caregiver. Tried to give the store another chance from the first incident.. Will not be returning.

Ordered on sunday, went to pick up on wednesday and it wasnt charged. For a company that has BATTERY in their name, thats pretty bad. I was refunded my money and will not be back.
