This store is not the place to go if you are looking for a straightforward and honest customer experience. I was lied to after asking several times the price of a particular bundle. Then was refused a receipt and rushed out of the store. The cases to the items were thrown away by the salesman so all the items couldnt even be returned. Im very annoyed, especially since I was specific in asking what the additional cost would be on top of the phone and the salesperson kept insisting it was free and part of the deal. Later I found out it was all going to be added on top of my next Verizon bill. Apparently free means an additional $300.00 on top of the $600.00 phone price. Note, these were items I could have purchased for $100 or less elsewhere. Half of them I didnt even want!

HAD TO COME IN THREE TIMES TO ACCOMPLISH ONE SIMPLE TASK. My phone screen went black. Went in. They sent me a refurbishment. I paid 16 dollars to have it overnighted. A slightly different model arrived in the mail with no battery and (obviously) my old phones battery didnt fit. It also didnt have a back. I went back in, they mailed me a battery and refunded my shipping money. The battery arrived--with no back panel. Currently on hold with the store trying to obtain a back. HOW MANY HOURS WILL I WASTE BEFORE THIS STORE REPLACES THIER MALFUNCTIONING PHONE? Hours in counting thus far: around 5

Lied and tried to twist a trade in promotion by saying "it only applies to X phone", meanwhile, their website and terms and conditions dont specify anything of the sort. Big banner in the window with the $300 trade in value too. Whatever their reasons, once you step inside, they immediately start trying to push certain phones on you and none of it seemed legit. Sketchy store, not trustworthy, wont ever go back.

I was in to upgrade a phone, I was working with Ishaq Ferdous. He went above and beyond excellent customer service. I walked out with a reduced bill, more data and seven pads that cost $10.00 / each. I have a commercial account. Its great to see excellent customer service and salesmanship! Thanks Ishaq.

Was treated great. Came over from Sprint And saved over 100$ a month. Then a few days later saw a commerical for 10$ a month pixel phone. Went back to the store and they gave us the new monthly price. Could not ask for better service.

Unknowledgeable employees that obviously dont want to be bothered. When the employee at the store made a huge mistake by getting rid of my grandfathered package. Their response was literally, too bad. I have never gone back.

4 stars because he screwed up my plan and instead of $60 my Verizon account said my next bill would be 98 so we returned. Was told I will have to pay that amount and then they will credit my account.... I shall be watching.

The rep took great care of the whole family. It 3 phones getting upgraded it took some time and she was VERY patient and detailed making sure we were all happy with the new phones. We even got a great deal on a iPad

Bright and clean with helpful staff who will walk around and ask if youve been checked in yet... who need to wait in a que? Also they have live examples of all the latest phones so give em a shot before you buy!

Place was packed but got great personalized service. Would be 5 stars if not for the persistent casual upselling, but that comes with the turf. Overall better than past experiences with the store.
