This store is extremely nice when trying to sell a phone, but hey are not helpful when trying to resolve issues. I bought 3 phones at the same time. One of them , the Google Pixel, came with a hardware issue that does not allow an external mic or head set to be used when recording video. I heavily really on a phone using an external mic or headset to record audio for my business. Its been only 2 months since I purchases a phone that they promise would meet my needs and they told me that my only option would be to by another phone at full price. It was not said in a nice way either. I have only had great experiences when purchasing new phones, but when it comes to issues resolved, they are not friendly at all. Not even after buying 3 new phones and only being dissatisfied with one. This store is only there to sell phones, not to help the customer. Just be aware of that when going in.

I will no longer patronize the papermill road VZN Wireless store... i called this morning looking to see if they had any iPhone 4s remaining in stock as i wanted to purchase another as opposed to a iPhone 5. The person that answered the phone simply told me that he could not give me any details on their stock, and that i would have to come into the store before they could supply me with information. that means, if they didnt have the model i was looking for, i would have to resort to going to another store or use the web site. After talking to him on the phone, i called the berkshire mall store. I was greeted politely, they checked to see if the phone is in stock and answered my questions. I have purchased over $2500 in phones and tablets over the last two years from the papermill road store... never again. the Berkshire Mall store earned my business.

STAY AWAY from the Papermill Road Verizon Wireless Store. The Berkshire Mall store is the highest-level store in Berks County. If you go to the Papermill Road location, you will get the "opportunity" to speak to Annette, who will ignore you for the first 10 minutes you stand there, forget your number 4 times when she finally finds time to talk to you, give you run around about why she cant answer youre questions because you dont know some obscure answer to a question on your account, then when you finally leave because she is so absolutely useless, she will not even apologize or say bye, just let you walk out. ANNETTE IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS AS AN EMPLOYEE VERIZON, why does she work there?? Lesson learned, I will not ever return to this store, and my return to Verizon is being questions because of her.

the first time i walked into this store with a problem a woman helped me, i dont know who it was but she was not very helpful at all. she did the exact same thing that i had done to try to fix my phone and when she couldnt get it she just kind of said "sorry thats all i can do". the second time i went in, with a bigger problem a man with longer hair helped me and he was much more helpful. he asked what i did to get my phone to work correctly and then he took it in the back room and worked on it trying to figure out what was wrong. the problem unfortunately wasnt able to be fixed but at least they tried their best. i would go back, just not to the girl i had.

If you require actual assistance, visit this store in person; nothing will be resolved by phone which is understandable considering how busy they are (also Im sure in store customers take priority to phone calls). If you stop in you wont be disappointed, staff is friendly and helpful. I did take off one star because if they are unable to provide adequate assistance by phone, they will put you on hold indefinitely until they eventually hang up on you.

Customer service here is AWESOME!!!! Carlos is absolutely the best service rep you can find. Store closed at 8pm and he stayed till we were done at 845pm. THANK YOU CARLOS!!!!
