I have had the most horrible experience with this store and specifically the store manager Amanda. In the beginning of the year we were looking to upgrade two of our six business phones we currently have. We made the extreme mistake of stopping in this store as it was closer to us then a real Verizon store. (the store we have used for 8 years) We were assisted by Amanda and we told her what we wanted to do to upgrade two phones and that we did not want any contract and wanted to pay for them in full. We told her the model we wanted and she got them in for us. When we went in to get the new phones and have them activated she pitched to me about switching our current business plan to the new Verizon business plan. I was very apprehensive and told her we were happy with the current plan. She went on and on about how we would save a lot of money to switch and it would fit us better. I asked her if for SURE it was cheaper per month and she said "ABSOLUTELY". Well everyone looks to save money here and there especially small businesses like mine. I skeptically agreed (remember, if it sounds to good to be true.....it is NOT) I was very concerned that we keep the same 60GB data allowance we had and she ASSURED me we sure would. Not TRUE.! Onward to the next month when I got my new bill on the new plan. My bill INCREASED over $150.!! I immediately went to the GoWireless store and spoke with Amanda about the increase in my bill. She sold me a song and dance about some pro rated story and next month it would go down. I left not believing that and figured I would give her the benefit of the doubt and wait a month. This went on for THREE months.!! I left the store irate after my third visit and being lied to over and over and immediately called Verizon directly. The confirmed all my suspicions that she was NOT telling me the truth on MANY aspects of the deal we made with her.! I was also told this was NOT the first time this has happened with Verizon sub-contract stores and they were making changes to not allow them to make changes to business accounts. Also found out we DO NOT get 10 GB free. We DO have equipment charges (even tho I gave GoWireless $1,700.00 + in monies for the new phones). The support specialist at Verizon confirmed that he would NEVER have switched plans as my old plan was way better than the one Amanda sold me on. I then called GoWireless corporate office and spoke with someone on the phone that was of absolutely no help at all and all they could offer me was an apology.!!! REALLY.!! An apology.!! After 20 min on hold I was told the manager would call me back. NEVER DID. Called again and asked for store owners name and number. Said they do not have it... (like I believed that) got his email. sent it out. Not even a single reply at all from GoWireless.!! After NO HELP at all from GoWireless It took me to open a case with Verizon to get it sorted out and fixed. after $700.00 in money lost and my time Verizon was GREAT and saw on my behalf and fixed my plan back to before Amanda made the damage to it.! Hoooray!! Verizon cared.!! The short of it is..... DO NOT GO HERE..!! They will NOT do what is best for you. They WILL do what is best for them.!! This store is a joke and I will NEVER set foot in there again. I will make the 30 min drive from my house to Verizon directly and be treated with respect and fairness,! BIG thnxz goes out to Verizon directly for fixing all the damages done.!! I bet the "Owner" will not reply to this review.!!?? Pffft!!

I had a horrible experience at this store because of a manager. I had different issues with a purchase I made before she arrived and when I went to address them she was very nasty. Another customer that was shopping for phones followed me out of the store and told me he was leaving the store because of her. I advised him to go to another store because I do like Verizon. I was advised to return my purchases which I did. After I left the store that day, I was not sure if she gave me a credit or if she charged me more so I went back and she told me that it was a credit. Well, she messed that up as well. She now charged me more and when I went to question this her response was I never told you it was a credit ( just like she did the first time nothing but attitude). I was not arguing with this nasty person I took the receipts to another corporate store and they found HER mistake again. She never refunded me for an otter box case and she also charged me for $300 in accessories instead of $200. I will continue to recommend customers to Verizon but I would advise them to go to another store because of this so called manager!! If that manager reads this she should print this out and read it every day she works: Characteristics of Good Customer Service Customer service is the act of taking care of the customers needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customers requirements are met. Customer service is meeting the needs and desires of any customer. Some characteristics of good customer service include: •Promptness: Promises for delivery of products must be on time. Delays and cancellations of products should be avoided. •Politeness: Politeness is almost a lost art. Saying hello, good afternoon, sir, and thank you very much are a part of good customer service. For any business, using good manners is appropriate whether the customer makes a purchase or not. •Professionalism: All customers should be treated professionally, which means the use of competence or skill expected of the professional. Professionalism shows the customer theyre cared for. •Personalization: Using the customers name is very effective in producing loyalty. Customers like the idea that whom they do business with knows them on a personal level.

The customer service at this store is terrible. They seem nice and helpful when you are face-to-face with them, but try to get a problem resolved by phone, and you can forget it. I cant even begin to describe the mistakes they made with my transaction. I feel like they misled me to the point of being dishonest about things and then not taking responsibility for it. And there is not much you can do about it. The manager (Amanda, I believe) absolutely refuses to speak to me by phone and I havent been lucky enough to return to the store on days she is working. I witnessed her speaking to another customer while pretending to be another employee and then joking about it. So maybe I have spoken to her when she is pretending to be someone else. She is the biggest problem as far as I am concerned. She supervised a trainee on my transactions and "promised" things she did not deliver on. I have spent so much time calling and stopping in, and no one seems able to do anything about it...except the manager, who wont talk to me. One person tells me my problem is resolved and then someone else calls me back to tell me there is nothing they can do. I am not sure they know what they are doing. Even the sales associate who seemed to be the most helpful (Deanna) wont return calls now. Ive waited almost 2 weeks now since my last return to the store and called back at least once. I cant devote any more time to this. I feel like the manager at this store just doesnt care about fixing her mistakes. I feel like I was not treated with simple common courtesy. That I was ignored and taken advantage of.
