went to this location today to see if could add a iPhone which was purchases as a unlocked phone to a current verizon plan. Was told after research that would be able to add a verizon chip into the phone to add a verizon line. Was taking a while so Sam had me pay for the sim card and said everything else would be added to monthly bill. Sam Longenecker said could take up to a hour before would officially activate. Paid and left premises. After a hour phone still did not work. Went back to location and Sam said phone was not compatible. We had accepted defeat and asked to be reimbursed for the sim card and to drop the line just added to account. Said was unable due to the fact the sim card was in the phone (which he put in and said wouldnt be a problem) but funny thing is when went home to call corporate office is that verizon doesnt even charge for sim cards. In the end they got my $20. If you make a mistake you should make due on it which would of been right thing to do. Thanks for lying to me and ripping me off.

I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH MY VERIZON CELL PHONE SERVICE DEALING WITH THIS RETAILER. THE EMPLOYEES DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. DONT GIVE YOU ALL THE INFORMATION & CHANGE PERSONEL ON A VERY REGULAR BASIS. IVE GOTTEN AT LEAST 5 DIFFERENT STORIES FROM THEM. I HAVE SO MANY PROBLEM WITH MY SERVICE SINCE THEYVE BEEN INVOLVED & HAD TO GO TO A VERIZON OFFICE TWICE & STILL DONT HAVE MY PROBLEMS RESOLVED. THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!!!!! I WAS TOLD THAT "THAT GUY DIDNT KNOW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT,. HES BEEN FIRED" THAT IS REALLY NOT MY FAULT! THEY SHOULD HAVE HONORED MY QUOTE. IM AM A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER & MAY CANCEL MY VERIZON ACCOUNT COMPLETELY BECAUSE OF ALL THESE CONTRADICTIONS.

We were very satisfied with Sam Longenecker. He was alone with a number of costumers in the store. He stayed calm and professional as he helped them. He greeted each as they came into the store while keeping focused on who he was working with. When our time came, he was very helpful, asked questions that allowed him to zero in on exactly what we wanted. Every time we have gone into this store, the people have been helpful and friendly. This store has earned 5 stars!

My mom and I both just got new phones here. We had a great (and surprisingly fun?!) experience working with James, (highly recommend) who outlined several different options for us with cost breakdowns for each. We spent less money than we expected and are happy with the new monthly payment. We didnt feel pressured or rushed and will absolutely come back and ask for James when we need to go to a Verizon store again in the future.

I bought my smartphone here several years ago. I have had app issues that I did not understand, so I have stopped in many times to ask questions of the staff of this store. Today James help me with yet another one of my questions. In the past Alex, Ken and Sam have been very helpful. You can depend on this stores staff to service your cell phone needs. They understand customer service.

My daughter and I have been doing business with this Verizon store for years. Customer service is awesome! Sam helped us out and took the time to explain things to us and got me an upgrade with a new phone, more data and save money on my monthly bill! He was very knowledgeable and kind!!! I highly recommend the store and most of all I highly recommend you ask for Sam!!

Sam was exceptional helpful on two separate days. The first day I went in he helped me upgrade to a better phone and also upgraded my data plan. The second time he helped me transfer my photos from an apple phone to my new phone. He was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back and see him for all of my cellular needs in the future!

I was using my phone when all of a sudden it froze up. I attempted to turn it off then back on but nothing worked. They phones screen was black and none of the buttons worked. I stopped by the store and James Reddig was able to help me turn my phone back on!! I was in and out in less then a minute! Thank you for helping me out and getting me on with my day!!

Making some changes now and Sam could not have been more friendly, helpful, and gave us great advice and offered some new ideas/devices/plans that we might use. Sam Longenecker was absolutely amazing! He took time to figure out what phones would be best for us and was not overly pushy to try to sell us more products (even though we did end up getting them). He was super personable and really funny. I highly recommend going to see him for anything you need.
