Sprint reviews Date 3.7.17I had Verizon expensive went to metro pcs had unlimited everything horrible service when traveling in between states but great service everywhere else fast 4g had a phone issue so switched to sprint the salesperson told me that sprint was better than metro ! Absolutely not its the worse this company just rob their customer 90 percent of the time you get 3G eventhough my plan has a lot of data I never finished my data because you cant get access this company offers a lot a data in their plans because they know you will never get it 2nd point if you get a great phone you will have issues with it because of the data speeds are so bad your making an investment on something your never going to get its true functionality. 3rd point they change their due date every other month to charge a late fee even though it should be the same date corrupt company Bottom line sprint should be your last option metro is better and those prepay like one I bought for a parent has better service .

Zero stars. I went to get a SIM card and they tried to charge me. Waited for 30 mins just so the floor lead could call his manager to give it to me for free and he still said no. After I stressed how important it was for me to have a SIM card a customer with his wife and kids by his side started cursing me out for taking up his time in front of everyone. Pretty horrible customer service. I work for Verizon and we do charge for SIM cards too but we give people a break if it comes down to it. Not gonna have people walking around with a $900 device that doesnt work. The floor lead was a big guy and had a Indian guy working with him and also a bold guy with a long beard.

Has the most disrespectful, unprofessional, staff. Their actions should not fully represent the name in which they are supporting. This is a third-party company selling sprint services. Sprint, or the third-party company should really do some evaluations on their employment. I will not go into detail for the reasoning for this review, It isnt worth it. What i will say is that, making the customer pay for shipping for a device that youre out-of-stock of is totally disgusting. How is it an customers fault that youre out of stock. Your prices are doubled than what other third-party dealers are offering.

The staff is slow. There is only 1 good worker and its the bald guy. Their lines are long and there is only 1 extra chair available. I paid for my Samsung Note 7 before the recall. When my phone was shipped to them, I went and decided to wait for the re-launch. Sept 21st comes around and I am told that its first come first serve? Really? I work a full time job. Why should I skip work to be there to greet the delivery guy? Mind you my old phone is broken. So, I am phone less. But, they dont care because theyre behind their little desk. Go elsewhere.

In July added a new line for the buy 1 get 1 free, 4 months later still getting charged for the "free phone" I have called Sprint and have called the store and all I keep getting is the run around, I am be coming very irratated with sprint!!!!!
