Worst trip ever, came up to ask a simple and valid question, why if I paid my bill a week ago is my phone now shut off? The lady wanted to talk to me like Im stupid while explaining it to me, I interrupted her and stated that all I needed to know was if I had paid 40.00 for one weeks service. She told me that was the case and I made a remark to the other customers in the store that they should note that metro pcs had just screwed me and they should consider other carriers. When I walked out the door she proceeded to follow me hollering at me and what not then somehow convinced a man walking into the store that he should start coming at me and defend this lady. Regardless, I called the regional manager and will be at the courthouse in the morning to see if I can charge her for reckless endangerment and threats to do harm. Never go to this metro pcs, she could have gotten me or the other man hurt over something that had nothing to do with him. 0/5
