Most of the time its cheaper to buy your own phone online, so shop around. Had T-Mobile for a couple years and overall did not have any problems with cell service other then all the bloat-ware apps that they push onto your phone. ALWAYS check your bill statements, When getting a new plan the sales rep asked to upgrade my plan 3 times and each time he was told "No Thanks" and he still did it anyways so I had to call them to downgrade my service and fix my bill.
