Best service I have ever experienced at a Verizon store. I had my phone shattered and Herbert helped me with my insurance claim. When I brought in my replacement to be activated yaseen looked into my account and was able to get me an early upgrade to a newer iPhone. They are very knowledgeable and are very respectful would highly recommend Herbert and Yaseen to anyone with Verizon needs.
