Its not Verizon. Its just a Verizon retailer. Wanted to charge me $25 just to transfer contacts and pictures to a new phone I ordered online. Guy said he would do it for one of "his" customers. He said this as he was wearing a Verizon shirt. Was also going to spend about $30 in screen covers, be he didnt think that was enough to make the transfer worth his time. They need to ditch the Verizon title, feels like a cheap NYC style scam.
