I called to ask if they had the new I phone 7 plus 32 GB in stock. The guy said we are not allowed to discuss apple products in stock; you must come to the store. He said if you want the phone order it online if you cant drive to the store. My local T Mobile store is 45 mins away, and if I drive there and you do not have it in stock I am not going to be happy when all you had to do was give a simple yes or no answer and not smart ass answer. Called T Mobile customer service and told them what the guy said and customer service stated they can tell you if a phone is in stock or not they have no policy stating otherwise. Well the rude guy at T Mobile store in Exeter PA store should be fired.

They sold me a phone charger that was overcharging my phone and wouldnt do anything to help my situation. I went through 2 batteries and they wouldnt help me by either refunding me the money for the charger since it was 2-3 weeks ago or helping me get a new battery and charger. I need my phone and they didnt do their job to help a customer. Very didappointed.

Everyone is always so friendly. I have been coming there for years and the employees are so nice. I prefer to see Lauren, and Domingo since they have been there for years now. Its nice to come in and see familiar faces. I always feel like they have my best interests in mind. I will always come to this store. T-Mobile Rocks!

Tho store sucks. You stand there for 15 minutes wait I g for help and then they go and help other people instead of you. Last time ever to this store and I might cancel my t mobile device all together because this is the second time I get treated like a second class citizen.
