I walked in today because I opened a new account and needed a phone right away. It just happened to be the iPhone 7 release day, but they had inventory and said they could hook me up. We were ready to begin, and the girl said I had to buy an accessory package that includes a screen protector, case and car charger. I looked at what she had and said no thanks. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to buy $180 worth of accessories to get an iPhone 7 that day. I asked for a written policy or something, so she went in the back room to ask her "district manager. She came out and re-stated that I had to buy the accessories and all stores, including corporate stores, were doing it. She had nothing in writing. The other clerks were listening and didnt dispute what she was saying, so I assume she wasnt alone in her assertion. I walked out and called Verizon. They told me that a corporate store would never do that, and was displeased that this store was trying to shake me down. He wasnt sure if it was allowed or legal, but is going to check on it. Totally dishonest policy, especially considering I was going to pay cash for the phone. I went to Best Buy and got my iphone 7, and will ALWAYS go to Best Buy from now on or until I hear back from Verizon that people in this store have been fired or the franchise revoked.

Its not often that I write Google reviews but my experience today was the best one Ive had since purchasing my first cellphone. After my current phone was sent in for repair, I was in a real pickle when my old phones battery port stopped working. I went into GoWireless to switch to a different phone and activate a different SimCard. I doubted I would have a working phone in time for an afternoon appointment. Luckily, I chose this location and had my cellphone fixed in no time! Britta did an exceptional job helping me. She was patient, friendly, and gave excellent customer service. I practically skipped out the door when I realized that I had not only a working phone but a positive experience walking out of a cellphone store! Id recommend stopping here if you have any cellphone issues and ask for Britta. Thanks again!

If I could give a "zero" star rating, I would. To make a long story short, we bought a new phone in the store, but later realized that it would be cheaper to upgrade online at the Verizon website. When returning the the previously purchased equipment, the store manager was very aggressive and basically tried to bully us into making the sale. They repeatedly tried to tell us false information, and talked to us in a very condescending manner. After about 45 minutes, we returned our $400 worth of equipment and made the purchase online for about $100. Will never get any of our business again.

We went to Pottstown Verizon today and sat for over an hour and nobody helped us. We decided to travel down to morgantown. We were immediately greeted with no wait by multiple reps. We felt like we got the royal treatment. Everyone was working together to help out other customers in the store it was just such a great experience I will never return to Pottstown and I will tell all my friends to go to the Morgantown store from now on.

If it wasnt for this stores staff I would not have known that the phone I wanted to buy online had been discontinued! I really LOVED the style but never checked to see if it was current. These people know phones and answer every question I have! They made an effort to match online prices, and even went as far as to match WALMART. Great little store, great staff, and lots of knowledge!

I had a wonderful experience at this location, Bradley went above and beyond helping me with an insurance claim and activating my new phone. This was a stressful time for me loosing a phone..but helping me with these tasks, helped me so much. Andy was very informative with the Verizon plans and I greatly appreciated his assistance.

First time visit ... I went into the store and was greeted as soon as I opened the door, nice to be acknowledged. I had a few questions concerning my photos and how to store them and Evan answered them all while assisting me with my phone/photos. Next time I will go to Evan for my upgrade!

Even after recently leaving Verizon due to poor coverage, I have to say this store is always helpful in both getting my bill lowered with better service packages, answering questions about hardware and other general information.
