Was unable to exchange the Android I purchased there because the box it came in was slightly damaged. I need an iPhone in order to connect to my email accounts, and hadnt realized that until I set everything up with the new phone. I was under the hour talk time and 7 days from point of purchAse ... the only "issue" was a slightly damaged cardboard box. Buyer beware.
