very unsatisfied, should have gone to the real Verizon store. service was slow and the atmosphere is uncomfortable. they try to trick you into buying insurance, and they charge you 20$ for" a set up and go fee" with out giving you the option of setting up phone or letting you know they will charge you. save yourself a headache and order your phone online or go to the actual Verizon store.

The sales rep was able to figure out a problem with my account that even verizon fraud couldnt figure out for a year! I got a $400 credit to my account, an upgraded data plan, full insurance, and a new phone, all for $20 less per month. The rep was very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable.
