Idiots, I honestly dont know how else to describe them. I had my iPhone shipped directly to my house but when I turned it on it wouldnt recognize the brand new Verizon SIM card which it came with. Because it didnt read the SIM card the phone kept saying insert a SIM card and I wasnt able to even get past setup into the home screen. So I take it down to these folks and tell the young woman what the issue is. Im trying to activate my new phone but its not reading the SIM card is in the phone. She asks if Ive activated it yet and I say no I cant even get past the setup because of the SIM card issue. She responds by telling me oh well thats the problem, its not activated. I say no but to activate it you need to get past the setup and then call a number. How can I call the account if its not reading the SIM card to get past setup. So despite me expressing my concerns about a faulty device or SIM card she assures me that I just need to call and activate it. So I go home, activate it through Verizon and the phone still wont recognize the SIM card. I get on the phone with Verizon level 2 support and we come to the realization that either the SIM card or phone is faulty and they direct me to a corporate store in Wilmington Delaware where we replace the faulty SIM card and everything works fine after that. I then call this store and talk to the manager about how much time the employee had cost me because of what I can only assume was incompetence and he proceeds to give me all these canned apologies and even after I tell him the issue and that I spoke with level 2 tech support he insists that he can help me fix it over the phone. He ended up being more incompetent than she had been. Its like he wasnt even listening. Id save yourself the hassle and order online or go to a corporate store, not one of these retailer knockoffs. The expert cant help you if they have less knowledge than you do. Idiots

My experience was wonderful! I have had the same phone since 2012 and needed to decide whether to move to an iPhone or stick with a droid. I was given all the pros and cons to each phone which eliminated internet research. I spent over an hour in the store and walked out with a brand new fully functional phone that had all of my contacts and photos transferred onto it already. I also purchased a phone case and car charger and they applied my screen protector. We have a business and all of our phones have been purchased in this location. Weve never had a bad experience.

I was initially a bit confused by some of the previous unfavorable reviews. Ive visited the Avondale Verizon store on numerous occasions recently and have been left extremely impressed with the team. Mike, Alyssa and the rest of the employees were knowledgeable, courteous and willing to assist me with any of my inquiries. It appears to me that there has recently been a turn-over in their staff and some of the old (poor) reviews reflect that. Making this my home store from here on in! Very happy to have this Verizon store so close by!

Mike Rucci of the Verizon store In AvonGrove Pennsylvania has done an awesome job for me. my phone lines are complicated I have over 10 lines and very little technical knowledge . I was very impressed with Mikes ability to solve very complicated problems with my phone and his willingness to help me set up a wireless account at my farm . The team at this Verizon store is great, I personally met with Mike he is very respectable and very caring. As well as the rest of his team. Since there is new management the team that is currently in the store in my eyes are the best of the best. If you have questions they have answers and will steer you in the right direction and get you the best fit plan and phone for your needs. Very very pleased with this store compared to others in area. Keep up the great work.

Some of the best guys and gals in town. Know what their doing and talking about. Served my needs. I needed a new phone without having insurance, and save money as well. They did all of it. Helped me buy out my agreement to get a new phone. They lowered my bill $20. And also got me on a hum to save me $12 on my car insurance as well as having AAA and on star and a Bluetooth in my car. This location is one of the best! JASON, JOHN, NEIL and ALYSSA.

I entered this store looking to change carriers, I was assisted by Micheal. What an awesome experience Mike assisted me with back up from the whole team! It felt more like asking friends about the service than someone working for a company! I will certainly be switching to Verizon thanks to the folks here!

HORRIBLE. I have put my life on hold for Verizon for the past three days. I was told that on Monday. 2/15/016 to wait and FIOS would be there. Same thing on Tuesday, and again no one showed up today 2/17. Im beyond pissed. and no one at this stupid company gives a damn.

Great service and advice from Dillon and Doug at Avondale Verizon ! Needed a new phone after strange death of Motorola mini, and after many efforts they were able to save my contacts even though I hadnt saved them to the cloud. So happy now!! Thanks, guys!
