I wish there were good things to say about this place. They came highly recommended by my family for speedy service and great work. Sadly, I did not have that experience. I dropped off a 42 mm Apple Watch for repair on a Thursday, the repairman tells me 30-45 min. Im thinking great! I sit for 20 min, and he comes back just to tell me that he accidently ripped the LCD piece on the watch and he would need to order a new part, and the watch would be ready Saturday. Saturday comes, I call, the part was not in and they tell me Tuesday. Tuesday comes I get a call that they could not repair my watch so they ordered me a new one, great! My dad goes to pick it up for me and it was not only a smaller 38mm watch but it is the watch the repairman owned. It was his personal watch off his wrist that was newly purchased. My dad knows Noah the store owner, let him know the situation and they ordered me a new watch which came a week later. This one star is for Noah, the saving grace. I will not come back here for repairs. My first experience was my last.

I dont know where to start. My Nook died and could not be repaired. The guys, Noel and Neal transferred by broken Nook contents over to A Kindle App on my computer with all by books. Then they repaired and updated my husbands GPS device. I have also called for IPHONE help and received courteous, fast, answers. While I was waiting, a gentlemen came in with phone that had been run over by a truck. Frame was bent, glass broken, shattered, it looked totally damaged. I was there when he came back to find to his amazement, that his phone looked like it was new. He was thrilled. Then I found out, that Noel Porter is the only tech to repair PLAY STATIONS on the Eastern Shore. Those guys deserve a lot of credit for their hard work and friendly service. Thanks guys!! <3

Was told the job would be done in 15 minutes and ended up waiting two days before a call. Was my first time getting a screen repaired, but it was pretty pricey at 150 for an iPhone 6... they get two stars for the fact that the job was actually done however.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. I was up there multiple times and I was just jerked around for 2 1/2 weeks. Finally I got my money back. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Highly recommend. I asked them to replace a part and they did it in an hour. When it didnt solve my problem they only charged me half of the quoted price.
