Past couple of weeks the customer service is very bad at this place. This was one of the only places where I enjoyed going because the Indian Manager girl helped me with my phone. If she is on vacation, she needs to head back! She knew what she was doing and she did it respectfully. The new people here barely speak English correctly. On Sunday, their hours are 11-5, half the day the store is closed. No one knows how to answer a question correctly. No one knows how to fix a phone or help with anything. The other girl was really good and she had the skills to help everyone. I like the Cricket Service. But I wouldnt recommend anyone going here anymore. Go to the location in Elkton or New Castle. Very very poor customer service. Store doesnt open or close on time. Majority of the time the rep now just looks at your face,lost. Dont go here. Waste of time.

rude customer service... i was thing about going with you guys seens metro doesnt have alot of coverege on my area i was just asking about the phones send me stright their web page never thinking about gonig to cricket stoyng with METROPCS they do have unlimited 4gLTE plans for only 50 a month
