I was handled by "Daphne" as soon as I walked in with my best friend. She asked how she could help and I mentioned I wanted a Go Phone. She had a palpable disdain as she spoke to me. She showed me the phone and then stayed there for the entire time that I reviewed the phones for purchase. She showed me the cheaper options but they didnt do what I wanted so I walked over to the regular phones. Daphne followed my friend and I over to the other phones slowly but intentionally. I hate to think that it was because my friend and I are BlackMixed but I saw no one else receiving this sort of treatment. Once I chose my phone and case, she asked me questions and the tension was as thick as a dirty cheese. She tried to make light conversation but by that point her actions had spoken so much louder than her words that I deflected attempts to communicate. At one point she went to the back to get something and she took the phone which shed brought out (open box and everything) back with her. When she came back the phone wasnt opened or anything so I know she didnt take the phone back to work on it. It seemed that she took the phone back so we wouldnt steal it or something. What Daphne didnt know is that Im a University student by day but a self employed Professional Youtuber (and official YouTube Partner) by night. I dont steal and I had enough to cover my purchase and more. But small minds have no imagination. After I paid for my entire order, Daphne literally got up with my bag and started walking towards the door to "see us out". I had to intervene and say" Ill take my bag." Ive never been followed in a store before and we were dressed to the nines: suit, tie, dress shoes everything. Im disappointed that people like that are employed by AT&T. I made my decision to purchase beforehand or I wouldnt have bothered.

I was skeptical about going to the AT&T store to do an upgrade on my iPhone after having a terrible experience at the AT&T store in Nazareth a few weeks ago (at the Nazareth store, it took over 15 minutes of waiting just to be told that they were out of stock of the iPhone 6). I tried the store in Whitehall yesterday and had a great experience. Kevin was my sales person and he explained all of my options very clearly. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire transaction. The best part was that he completed the upgrade of my phone and transferred another phone on my plan all in less than 30 minutes. The last time I did this kind of change on my plan (in the Nazareth AT&T store last year), it took almost 2 hours! I definitely recommend this location for any plan upgrades or changes.

This place is packed every time I go in, which is weird since its a pain in the butt to get to. Theres a girl that just stands next to the sign in sheet looking confused and some amazon lady that only does billing. Both of them tend to be useless, in my opinion. Once you finally see a rep, though, its great! I had a great guy named Mark who took care of everything I needed (they had mailed me the wrong colour phone and I just wanted it swapped). He ended up swapping my phone and getting me a car charger, an SD card and a plastic case for free. Another associate even put my SD card in and the plastic case on.

Such a nice place to go shopping one time I had a problem with my phone I try to fix it by the customer service line but nothing after two attempt so I decide to walk in to the store and they were able to help me it took them some time but after a bit waiting they were able to fix the issue.

As a Direct TV customer, we switched from Verizon. Unlike EVERY time we went to our Verizon stores, where we had to wait 20 or more minutes to be waited on, we were seen instantly each of the four times we went here. Sales associates are friendly and helpful.

Great service! Great plans! Plus a free phone with new go phone plan. I tell everyone before you buy a prepaid in the department stores etc. Go to an ATT you will get a better deal and excellent service

Crazy long wait time because someone called out that day and they neglected to find a replacement. Be prepared to wait for hours if something as simple as someone calling out of work happens

Plenty of staff and knowledgeable people .. att service section closed and now staff helps with problems ... Entrance and exit off 145 MacArthur Blvd. Might miss it go slow approaching
