After dealing with AT&T Premier Care on the phone for nearly 4 hours and then going to another AT&T Store in Lionville, PA, I FINALLY made my way to store at the Exton Square Mall. Steve was professional and helped me with the issue that no one else seemed to be able to resolve. I left the store within 5 minutes of entering, with a brand new iPhone! AT&T Exton Square has my business now and I will NOT be visiting the Lionville store or dealing with Premier Customer Care in the future if I can help it! Thanks, Steve!

This store is amazing because the staff (especially Jensen) is great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. They know all the services and plans of AT&T. We went there to cancel our contract with AT&T due to monthly high bills. But Jansen and the store Manager gave us some really good options that helped us to cut down our monthly bills. We decided to stay with AT&T now! Very co-operative and helpful! Thanks to Jensen and the Manager of this store. Highly recommended!

I am really happy with how my upgrade was handled on 7-26-17 at the Exton Square mall by AJ my sales associate. AJ met me as I came through the door and was ready for all my questions. I knew what I wanted and AJ confirmed my choice was a good one and quickly produced the device and protective case. AJ then reviewed my account and made several suggestions which I took to keep the bill at a good affordable level . Job well done AJ and AT&T.
