I recently bought a verizon plan and went to this store to exchange a phone I had purchased online. The sales associate helping me was irritated the whole while. She had to spend some time figuring out how to transfer my phone number from the phone I was returning to the new phone. She kept pulling faces and was getting even more irritated with my questions. The managers condescending attitude didnt help either. He assumed I wanted a cheaper deal. He kept quiet after he realized that I was infact paying a lot more for the new phone. Then when he got the new phone out for activation, he said that I better make up my mind about this phone now, since I get only one exchange. I wouldve truly appreciated the "advice" if only he hadnt been so sarcastic! Forget about welcoming me to the Verizon family, they made me feel like I made a very bad decision switching carriers!! They got the job done, but had a very bad attitude. On the other hand, all the online associates I have spoken to up until now have been very nice. Im definitely never going back to this store!

Our experience with this store was horrible. The staff is inconsiderate when dealing with customers. They are more concerned with their personal conversations then they are with customer service. They are fast talkers and sell you these “great packages” that they do not properly explain and walk the line of flat out lying to you. On top of that they had nothing in stock in the store. It took us 3 1/2 weeks to get the items we paid for at the store. This was only after I had to call the store several times to get tracking information and follow up with the store manager. In the end none of our items even shipped and we have to go to the store to pick up the items directly. This was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I have no idea where the bad reviews came from. Those people must be miserable. Zack was awesome. Super helpful and super knowledgeable. He was patient, walking us through all our options, since I was coming over from ATT and considering joining a shared plan with my fiance. I hate shopping and stores and all that stuff that most guys hate and he made it extremely easy and bearable. Great job, Zack!

If you stop at this Verizon for any help, definitely talk to Zach. I needed a new phone for someone on my family plan and also needed to update my plan because I was paying for a dinosaur plan. Zach took great care of me, he was efficient and quick about the whole thing. Saved me a ton of money and was incredibly personable.

I was greeted and helped by Jason who was in training but accomplished the mission of getting me the phone I wanted and keep my old phone number. The following day I went back to completely erase my old phone and Derek did the job. He was very knowledgeable . Both Derek and Jason were very courteous!

Theyre idiots. Plain and simple. My stepson needed a new phone because his broke. He paid the amount owed to pay off the phone plus a down payment for the new one. The associate never ordered the new phone. We waited 2 weeks. Then we went to pick up the phone and was told we owed more money.

The sales associates only know how to sell you a new phone and many accessories you dont need/want. If you have any other issues, dont bother. The manager is unconcerned with the experience you have in his store. Also, plan on waiting in line for 45 minutes before being assisted.
