The staff accommodation is by far the best Ive seen from a Verizon store in a while. Not giving 5 stars because I came in on the 30th and there was a man being irate towards two employees when clearly they was doing all they could to help him too and from a sales perspective they was offering him not only their time but advice on what to do. As a business woman theres a point where if theyre being completely disagreeable having the customer leave is best. Kudos to them all for dealing with such a unpleasant individual.

This is NOT a Corporate Verizon which at first disappointed me because customer service told me I could activate my phone I ordered online at any location but Nyles not only clarified this but completely set up my phone for me. I wasnt expecting the extra mile most corporate stores neglect to give. Staff was extremely funny and understandable. Store manager gave a discount for customer services not explaining things correctly. I will be coming back to this store for my cell phone needs.

After spending and hour and fifteen minutes on the phone with technical support for Verizon and not getting resolve. I finally told them on the phone I had to go. My friends stopped by and told me to go see these guys that they were awesome. I went in, near closing time by then, and the young man that helped me had the problem resolved in about one minute! Never made me feel rushed with it being almost closing either. They have my business from now on.

Friend of mines suggested I go and talk to Nyles about switching my family over from Sprint but he wasnt there. Store didnt have the phone I wanted in stock an the rep didnt seem to enthusiastic the entire time either. Chairs are highly uncomfortable and it smells. Outside of that the people there are polite. Would recommend it if your local but be prepared to wait for a while.

Sammy provided exceptional customer service. We came into the store looking to upgrade one of our phones and he was able to discuss pros and cons of different phones. He ultimately provided us with the best choice of phone for us. He was both knowledgeable and extremely friendly!

The Manager of this location Sammi should be the Manager of every Verizon store. He has great knowledge and experience. He keeps his team very well put. He also helps everyone in the store with the most respect. I will never go to another Verizon wireless store.
