This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had purchasing a phone. It has been three weeks trying to straighten out an issue with a purchase on a note 7 . I understand there was a recall and that is not this stores fault . However the way they handled it has been a unprofessional and disappointing . Insert my screams of tons of profanity here......... Telling us its not an issue ,telling us they will call when the new shipment comes in....and so on and so on . There has not been words invented yet to explain my level of frustration. If this store was my only option of getting a cell phone I would go back to mailing letters . Please save yourself a ton of aggravation and go to a real Verizon store if you are a customer. Not to mention the entire process was horrible even before anyone knew there was a recall. I dont write reviews but I did this time because they really are that bad.

Very very rude service!!!! My husband upgraded his phone and the sales lady charged him for all kinds of accessories and didnt even tell him about it!!! Then we went to return some of them and she was completely rude about it and told us she was busy we were to come back another day!!! DO NOT waste your time!! Will not do business with them again!!

The team of employees are so friendly and willing to help you!! I first went to the Easton location by Acme. They hounded me about purchasing a phone thru them and then they wanted to charge me to reactivate my old phone. Thank you TCC Verizon Wireless in Denton, you have a loyal customer!!!

Easton Cricket location SUCKS TO DEATH!!! VERY unprofessional and LAZY rip offs!! Typical modern youth, they want a pay check but dont want to work for it! Go to the Game Stop in the same shopping center. They are a Chricket Dealer as well. They will help you.
