Went today to get a new phone. The guy with hair spiked towards the middle of his head acted like if was a chore to be there. At first he said he could not upgrade my phone and when I told him another store just told me I could ,3 days before he then decided he could. He was not helpful at all. Never went over phone or any options. I had to as him to transfer phone numbers. So basically he did not want to be there, I got my new phone and I have no idea how to do anything. Did not set up email, go over any options, nothing. I would had been just as well off buying phone online with free shipping vs 30 mike drive to store and wasted time.

I have always had a good experience here but last night was exceptional. I drove here to purchase the new Google pixel phone on black Friday and of course my 2 yr old falls asleep 5 minutes before we get there. The guy who helped me with my order and transferred all my info to my new phone ran outside a few times when he needed me which allowed me to stay out there with my peacefully sleeping baby so I didnt have to drag her in the store.

Worst customer service ever basically robbed, me all my information deleted, wont pay to fix it. and wants me to pay for everything dont go here EVER Im going back to Sprint at least they will pay for what they brake Jim and Gary are the worst of them alllll instead of trying to help me they made me even worst when I called for help Ive lost my job because of them deleting everything off my phone

The store is usually busy when I go in, yet the staff is very friendly and focused on me when it was my turn. I never felt rushed or pressured into getting a particular device. They gave me a lot of information about various services they provided and found the best fit and plan for me. I will return, and highly recommend this location. Friendly and helpful! Worth the wait :)

Horrible service ! Every time I come here I have to wait 30 effing minutes no matter how many people are in front of me. Im here for a screen protector. Why do I have to wait 30 minutes for others who are signing contacts blah blah
