got of phone for my son. told them we needed to diasble web access so son could only use phone and text. they said no problem. i had to spend 4 hours at the store while they tried to do it. finally they said it was done. as soon as we got home my 12 year old son got right on the internet using the phone! Verizon said they woul;d give us a refund. but when we came back to store we got the run around. after much aggravation over the next 3 days we finally got a refund. a total pain!!!!! if verizon did not have the best coverage i would never consdier them again.

I had a problem with VERIZON not the people in the store trying to help me. I will not give this store a bad review because the people that work in this store are not the problem is the corporate VERIZON. So this store and these employees get a five star rating for their effort and giving the best service they can.

I recently upgraded from an IPhone4S to an Iphone6+. The activation process did not include a full restore of data from the old phone to the new phone. I was disappointed to find out that I had to perform this process.

They dont answer their phones, are unprofessional when you go into the store and charge ridiculous rates for simple transactions.
