I needed to upgrade my phone and when I went to the Boyertown Store, there was a customer rep named Bob Purfield who has earned my respect...he not only helped me, but went above and beyond to load my current settings, phone numbers and photos. But he also reduced my monthly bill, because I was paying too much for the data plan I had. Then he went on to show me how to protect my new product with a glass protector and took the time to install it for me! Then he told me where to take some classes on how to use my new phone and even gave me the complete address and phone number to sign up! This gentleman went above and beyond and should get a raise for his outstanding performance! Thank you Bob!

Excellent service!!! I was in 3 separate times to get phone for my mother, then wife, then myself. We had such a great experience with Chris the first time and we went back for his service. He was very helpful, patient, and very personable with by family all 3 visits. I had bought a new iPhone7 and had some questions about buying the phone from Verizon, in which Chris was not sure about and suggested I call Verizon. However after getting me squared away with my new phone we left and about 20 minutes later I got and call with the answer to my question, so no wasting time on the phone. They go above and beyond at the new Boyertown Verizon store!!!

I went into the boyertown verizon store for a new phone due to my puppy chewing it beyond repair. Courtney was extremely helpful with choosing which phone would be best . She did not have the phone i wanted in stock and she did an awesome job showing me a different phone in stock which she felt would be fine and saved me some money in the process. I also got a table for next to nothing. We had a few laughs during this process and I left a happy customer. Stop by this verizon store when your in need of any veruzon products. You wont be disappointed.

Service was excellent on the three times in two days that I visited the store,1st to pay a bill & upgraded to smart phone. 2nd time was to upgrade my wifes phone to a smart phone. 3rd time was a question & a problem-I had accidentally deleted an icon. The young lady who was involved in all three visits,Shamika Thomas, a third day employee was able to resolve my accidental deletion! Store personnel were excellent also. Pay them a visit, you could possibly save some money!

Christopher Youse was very informative and outgoing from the time we entered the store till we left. He was very helpful while we picked a phone, explained features and options with full knowledge of the phones. He made the transaction simple and quick, while conversing about every day things while we waited. Our experience was very pleasant and we will certainly return next time we need to purchase a phone.

I went in to purchase a new iphone. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. Specifically the wireless specialist Christopher. He answered my questions patiently and went over my plan in detail. He also recommended a sharp looking case! I will be coming back to this store specifically whenever I need assistance or new advancements with my phone or any of their additional products.

Excellent customer service! Jarod H. was wonderful to work with, he assisted my husband and I in combining our phone lines and even helped us make the switch in upgrading our devices. This was the best experience I have ever had with Verizon. Jarod H. went above and beyond, even staying past the store closing hours to make sure we were all set up with our new phones!

I would highly recommend going to this store, Store Manager Courtney goes above and beyond customer service. She was so helpful fixing my cracked screen and also showing me the various types of cases that will prevent any further damages to my phone. She was very polite and extremely helpful, I will be going back to see her next time I have any issue.

They were so helpful with preordering my GS8+ and when it came in they let me know and helped me set it up. They are better than any other store I have been to and I used to work for Verizon Wireless but I can tell this store has the best atmosphere. They know how to make the customer happy.
