I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone who needs their phone repaired! I went in today because my iPhone6 had bent so that it was exposing internal wiring and I was very worried I would have to replace it (this phone already BEING a replaced phone). As soon as I went in Conner was immediately helpful, honest and told me if I left my phone with him he would do everything he could but could not PROMISE it could be fixed. I came back 45 minutes later and he had COMPLETELY FIXED IT! I was so relieved and am so thankful for him and his partner Marvin (I believe that was his name, I apologize if I got it wrong!) being excellent customer service representatives. Thanks guys!

Ive been coming to the Wireless Zone in Exton for the past few years. I live in King of Prussia, there are tons of Verizon stores within miles of my house. I travel the extra distance because the service at this store is excellent! The manager, Jeff and his staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful with my personal and my companys cell phone needs. Theyve been known to go the extra distance to come to the company to assist with transferring data and to answer any questions we had switching over to a new phone. The process was smooth. I would highly recommend this store!!

Great service today by Mark at the Lionville store. He was able to diagnose my phone issue (that Verizon tech support apparently couldnt) and then arrange for Verizon to replace my phone at no cost. Have purchased all my phone through this store and they are always knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to deal with.
