First time in the store and not such a good experience. I ordered a bulb online that they had instock. Got email confirmation that the bulb was ready for pickup. I went to the store to pick it up and they told me it was in there warehouse and would not be available for 5 days. I asked them if they could overnight it and I would pay for the shipping. They said yes no problem. I was told it would be at the store next day by 12pm. Stopped in around 4 pm and they did not have the bulb. The night shift manager did not seem to really care and went in the back. 2.5 hrs later he called me and said he was just on the phone with fed ex and that fed ex was 1 day behind. The next day another manager called and said ups did not deliver it yet???? Is it fed ex or ups, Im so confused. In the meantime i went on amazon and had the bulb shipped overnight and had it next day, just like i paid for. I guess i should have done that in the first place instead of trying to help a local and new business.

Everyone we dealt with us at the Reading store was courteous and helpful. Ryan worked on my nonfunctional IPHONE 6. He tried a number of things to resolve the issues. Although the problem was unresolved, he made numerous attempts, exhausting the possible problems. He is extremely dedicated and knowledgeable about his work. Thank you for your efforts.

I was helped by employee Eric over the phone, to replace a battery in an Xtra small electric fence collar. I had an hour to drive, but he was there waiting for me after his day was done, just to make sure I got it, that it worked and that I got my sale price! Kudos to great customer service Eric! Ordered and paid on-line, battery was staged and waiting for me when entered store. They load tested old battery to ensure it was bad. A few minutes to credit core fee and I was out the door. The last three batteries Ive bought have been at Batteries Plus, great prices, selection, and service.
